Study On The Planning Of Comprehensive Transportation System In Henan Province

Construction of comprehensive transportation system in henan province, bearing dual tasks of the national channel transportation and regional transportation, has important strategic significance to support the national regional development strategy implementation and to speed up the change of the pattern of economic society and transportation development in henan province. Combined with the characteristics of traffic location of Henan Province, the provincial comprehensive transportation development strategic positioning and development goals were established. Respectively, a series of specific construction ideas and development strategies had been put forward for the overall layout and function orientation of comprehensive transportation corridor, the collection and evacuation system of important traffic node.Thirdly, to optimize the comprehensive transportation network of Henan Province, aiming at the railway, highway, air, water and pipeline, proposed development goals and planning. Henan comprehensive transportation system would be development in four levels, such as international, inter provincial, intercity, and rural. To achieve the transportation mode information sharing, integrated services for the goal, proposed Henan integrated transport information system technology framework.Finally, the construction guarantee system of comprehensive transportation system in Henan province was established to ensure the smooth implementation of the comprehensive transport system and the overall implementation of the planning objectives and tasks of Henan province, including management improvement; strengthen security, paying attention to scientific and technological innovation, insisting green development and implementation of talent.
