With the rapid development of the electronic commerce, logistics distribution service demands are increasingly becoming diverse, the low carbon logistics distribution network design which adapt to the urban sustainable development face important development opportunities. Combined with increasingly fierce industry competition, unreasonable logistics network layout, the deterioration of the negative effects of the urban environment pollution, traffic congestion, energy consumption and the urban land resource unordered occupy, large and small professional logistics companies are rapidly emerging, logistics distribution network present chaos and noneconomic status, "modem city disease" is highlighted. Foundation to solve these problems lies in the scientific optimization and low carbon evaluation of logistics distribution network design.system.The research thought is carried out by the routine from single level logistics distribution network design optimization to the multi-level logistics distribution network design optimization, from a certain demand of logistics distribution network design optimization to the logistics distribution network under the uncertain demand design optimization, from optimization to the logistics distribution network system level evaluation, concrete research content and innovation points are as follows:Research the problem of single-layer class logistics distribution network design optimization of carbon emissions constraints, not only consider the logistics operation cost, but also consider carbon emissions in the process of logistics distribution and carbon emissions from carbon emissions, build a multi-objective optimization model of the single-layer class logistics distribution network design which consider logistics cost minimization and minimum carbon emissions, translate the multi-objective problem into a single objective problem by the combination weighting method, the validity of the model is verified by numerical examples, and make weighting set on carbon emissions and costs, then conclude the relationship between the logistics cost and carbon emissions. Finally, make sensitive parameters analysis on demands, fixed cost and unit transportation distance carbon emissions, and study the influence which the sensitive parameters changes to the distribution center service supermarket scheme.Considering Research the multi-level logistics distribution network design optimization problem of carbon emissions constraints. Consider not only the logistics operation cost, but also carbon emissions in the process of logistics distribution and center of carbon emissions, and consider vehicle type and number of vehicles which each distribution center assigned to each demand node, build multi-level logistics distribution network design optimization model considering carbon emissions constrained. And translate multi-objective problem into a single objective problem by combination weighting method; then, design the improved genetic algorithm to solve resource configuration optimization model, in order to improve the search performance of genetic algorithm in solving, chromosome filtering and mutation in the neighborhood search algorithm is introduced into the crossover mutation to improve the quality and efficiency of genetic algorithm; the improved genetic algorithm solves fast and the efficiency of the best individual function value is higher, algorithm is improved in this paper; finally, the validity of model is verified by a numerical example, analyze demand, fixed cost and unit transportation distance of carbon emissions by sensitive parameter, and study the influence which the changes of sensitive parameters to the plan of distribution center node service needs.Research the multi-objective optimization problem of low carbon logistics distribution network design under fuzzy demand. First of all. use triangular fuzzy to estimate the demand of each supermarket, according to that customer demand has the characteristics of fuzziness; then, build the multi-objective optimization model of low carbon logistics distribution network design under fuzzy demand, considering the minimization of logistics cost and carbon emissions; then, the most possible value method is used to blur the model and translate the model into one has determined requirements; Finally, design genetic algorithm to solve the model and verify the validity of the model by the example analysis.Logistics distribution network contain carbon distribution base, distribution centers and transportation vehicles, the equipment and packaging level used in the process of dealing with goods of distribution base and distribution center, technology, strategy formulation and management skills in the field of low carbon will affect carbon emissions of the logistics distribution network system. Therefore, it is necessary to make scientific low carbon level evaluation for logistics distribution network system, determine the level of low carbon of enterprise by evaluation, and improvement measures are proposed for indicators which low carbon level is not high. Choose low carbon evaluation index which influence the logistics distribution network system, and build the low carbon level evaluation index system of logistics distribution network system from five aspects such as the level of management, infrastructure, information, technology innovation and process of low carbon; determine the subjective and objective weights of evaluation indexes by the analytic hierarchy process and information entropy, and carry on the fitting of them to get comprehensive evaluation weight; finally, evaluate low carbon level of logistics distribution network system of H enterprise in fifth chapter by using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, and put forward countermeasures to improve the low carbon level of logistics distribution network system of the enterprise according to the evaluation index...
