Traditionally, in economics, endogenous factors are considered as the main contributin g factors in growth and development. However, by the edn of 20th century, variables like education and training, got attention from the scholars and supposed as contributo ry factors to the process of development. This shows that business and economic pro gress not only depends on land, labor and capital but they also count on factors othe r than them such as training and education. In an increasingly unstable business envir onment and low job opportunities due to persistent recession, companies can improve their competitiveness and can contribute to growth by investing in on job training and promotion of education. In this study we discuss the concept of human resources de velopment from the prism of configuration factors, learning orientation of the self-effic acy, and looked at at the role of human resource development in the job satisfaction and organizational commitment. It has been observed that the interest in and passion for education and training enhanced their capabilities and increased the efficiency of b usiness. Therefore, enterprises considering the company’s business and the environment will have to be led to support for the incumbent education as the driving force of t he company’s growth and expansion plans by. In addition, future research needs to ex plore more systematically on human resource management and corporate performance using the more diverse human resource management and organizational performance el ements.Education and training to companies that are to develop new knowledge and skills of the employees make the subject of businesses to grow and develop in comparisonwit h other companies in the real economy.
