In such a situation, China’s agricultural production has also undergone great changes, the input of agricultural labor declined rapidly, the structure of agricultural production has undergone great change, the scale of agricultural machinery use has also undergone a significant change, and the impact of the rural labor migration on agricultural production has become more and more important. Therefore, this article will focus on the impact of the rural labor migration on agricultural production, explore the change of the agricultural elements structure, analyze the economic effect of the rural labor migration on the agricultural production, and provide some suggestion to accelerate technological advances in agriculture. Through a lot of empirical analysis, we can get many important results.Firstly, the rural labor flow has an important impact on agricultural production, and there is a big difference between different flow patterns of rural labor. Non-farm employment has a significant negative impact, and population migration has a certain positive impact on agricultural production. According to the specific impact mechanism, non-farm payrolls to provide input for production capacity of farmers, which has a certain positive effect on yields, but negative impact on the production area, and thus have an impact on yield. To some extent, population migration improves the rural the relationship between people and land and promotes structural adjustment of agricultural production factors. So, population migration has a significant positive impact on agricultural production area and agricultural production.Secondly, the rural labor flow has a significant impact on the structure of agricultural production factors, has a significant impact on the use of agricultural labor, and promotes the substitution of land, machinery and chemical fertilizers on labor, but the effect of the rural labor flow is different significantly. The results showed that:(1) Over the past decade, China’s agricultural production factors structure has undergone significant changes. There are many significant changes in the use patterns of agricultural production factors and the agricultural production structure. (2) The elasticity of labor, land, machinery and fertilizer is greater than zero, in which The role of labor is the greatest extent.The difference of the substitution elasticity between the land, labor, machinery and fertilizer is significant, in which the substitution elasticity of land and labor is the most large, while the substitution elasticity of machinery, fertilizer and labor is small.(3) Rural labor migration has a major impact on the agricultural production factor structure and has a significant negative impact on agricultural labor input, and promote the substitution of land, machinery and chemical fertilizers on labor, but the impact of different variables are quite different. Rural migration has a significant impact on the substitution elasticity of land and labor and the substitution elasticity of machinery and labor. Non-farm employment variable has a significant impact on the elasticity of substitution of the mechanical and labor, fertilizer and labor.Thirdly, the rural labor flow has a important role in promoting the flow of technological change on agricultural production, and the agricultural technological progress has a strong technology improved characteristics, while technical efficiency is relatively low.The results show that:(1) the different elements of the elements of the output rate differences, land productivity, labor productivity and seed yield appeared relatively stable growth trend, while there was a certain decline of the mechanical and chemical fertilizer production rate. (2)China’s agricultural technological progress has a strong technology improved characteristics, agricultural productivity growth is mainly caused due to technical change, and technical efficiency is relatively low. (3) rural labor flow variables have a significant impact on the efficiency of agricultural production, the rural labor mobility promotes technological advances in agricultural technology improved, while the efficiency of agricultural technology, economies of scale effect is weak, but quite different impact of different variables, migration of the rural population on agriculture has played some role in promoting technological progress, while non-farm employment and technological advances in agriculture, but showed some negative relationship.With the increasement of China’s rural labor mobility, the opportunity cost of agricultural labor and the labor wages grow significantly, and the impact of rural labor flow on the agricultural production becomes more and more significan. Thus there is a greater change in the structure of production of food crops and a greater use of agricultural machinery. With the increasing labor mobility situation, for the realization of China’s agricultural development, the government should fully take into account the impact of labor migration, especially the agricultural production mode of operation, the structure of agricultural production factors, and the technological advances in agriculture. Therefore, we should further improve the rural labor migration policies, accelerate the construction of rural land market, and improve the agricultural production support policies to accelerate the progress of agricultural production technology, professional services organizations to enhance agricultural development, and promote China’s agricultural production has traditional to modern changes. |
