Study On Method Of Considering Valuators’ Influence For Bargaining Evaluation Problem

Comprehensive evaluation is the full-scale evaluation of object with impersonality, impattiality and rationality. And the decisions are correct or not depend on the science and rationality of comprehensive evaluation resultion for decision making problems with limited scheme. Many scholars’ is attracted to the research for it’s widely application background in the engineering design, economic management and political and military fields. Scholars always have different kownledge background and experience, so they always have different opinion of some index weight. The problem which has the characteristics of the comprehensive evaluation problem is called bargaining evaluation problem. And bargaining evaluation problem is the combination and expedition of theory about comprehensive evaluation and negotiation theory. So far, the research direction has made fruitful achievements, but there are still worth theory and promotion space to discuss.The research is based on the summary of both the foreign and domestic literatures, and valuators’influence is considered in bargaining evaluation problem. Several existing problems in bargaining evaluation are discussed as follows:(1) Evaluation conclusion inconsistent problem. The existing theory method of comprehensive evaluation is multifarious, and theoretical research is also lacking of unified standard, so the advantages and disadvantages of evaluation methods are hard to compare, we are always unable to judge the reliability of the evaluation conclusion. In real life, most people judge the scientific of evaluation conclusion based on the influence of valuator(s), and this kind of influence is objective existed. This paper use authority to depict the dynamic of the valuator’s influence, according to the influence information of valuator is known or not, two calculation methods of valuator’s influence are given. Thus, people can judge evaluation conclusion’s credibility based on the influence of evaluation group; On the other hand, evaluation demanders can choose the appropriate evaluation group according to the importance of problem.(2) Existing consultation evaluation method is limited to population size of problem. With the development of the Internet and the wide application of increasingly complex environment evaluation, the population size of evaluation is more and more big, the traditional group evaluation theories and methods are most limited to smaller groups, if they are applied to the complex large group bargaining evaluation problem, the bargaining process of evaluation can become very complex. Aiming at the complex large group evaluation characteristics, a method based on particle swarm optimization algorithm for complex huge group evaluation is proposed.(3) Current research mainly focus on comparing industrial comprehensive competitiveness difference between east, middle and west zonal or provincial regional, but in general, related research about the inner of northeast old industrial base is still small. The industrial enterprise development level of 14 cities in Liaoning province is analized in this research. Through the dialysis development gap between these cities, some suggestions is proposed to improve industrial enterprise development level.At the end of the dissertation, it summarizes the results and contributions of the research, and points out the further research direction in the future.
