China’s air transportation has become an important pillar of economy. Aviation Network is an important carrier of air transport. The state of development of the aviation network determines the civil aviation’s operational efficiency. Therefore, analysis of the structure of China’s Civil Aviation Network and study of the problem of its spatial concentration is an important research task for a clear understanding of the structure of China’s Civil Aviation Network(CCAN).It’s signif icance for improving the operational efficiency of China Civil Aviation Network, exploring the reasons for the loss of the nodes, and improving the overall operation status.Using the complex network theory and new economic geography research methods, the author researched the overall structure of China’s Civil Aviation Network and its spatial concentration.First, based on the data of China’s Civil Aviation Network in 2010, the author depicted the statistical sample and made a statistical analys is with application of complex network statistical indicators. The author found that the distribution of the CCAN network node degree presented the typical characteristics of the power-law distribution, which proved that the small world network characteristics of China’s Civil Aviation Network. Furthermore, China’s Civil Aviation Network node degree distribution presented uneven characteristics, 60.9% of the nodes throughput ranked lower than degree ranking. This shows fully that most of the nodes in the network route resources have not been fully utilized. And by the calculation of vulnerability and clustering coefficient, the author found that China’s Civil Aviation Network had the hierarchy structure. Taking the degree, the closeness, the betweenness and flow betweeness indicators to analyze the centric problem of CCAN, the author found that the flow betweenness indicator way is the most appropriate treatment, and the center of China’s Civil Aviation Network node is Beijing, Urumqi, Guangzhou, Shanghai, and Kunming. After that, the author took the efficiency indicators to test the conclusion by node attacks.Second, the author took the Yangtze River Region airport group as an example, analyzed the specific factors that influence the subsequent evolution of the aviation network nodes, found the network nodes- the airport background city’s natural factors, economic factors, planning factors and government factors-- are the main factors for subsequent development and made a comparison between these influencing factors in the Yangtze River Regional based on setting airport development indicator. The author designed a four partners’ game model for striving to manipulator. They are air lines, passengers, air traffic management departments, and the airport which represents the local government adventure. With increasing number of aviation network nodes and the configuration of the route, the four partners’ interests are in a state of constant adjustment. Then, the author came to the conclusion that with the development of network evolution, the interests tend to be balanced.Third, by the application of the concept of "market potential" in new economic geograph y, the author examined the mechanism of spatial concentration of CCAN, and found that the market potential of the new economic geography factors play an important role in the spatial concentration of China’s aviation network, which arose the problem of the overall perspective of CCAN. By the application the Center- Peripheral theory to analyze the three centers of CCAN, the author found there is a typical center- peripheral mode with the three centers, Beijing, Shanghai and Guangzhou. Besides, the author found that peripheral node development is inf luenced by the central node and appears the trends of "∽" movements. Finally, the author will make further analysis of thos e influencing factors.
