Recent years, major cities are engaged in metropolis or commercial center planningand construction, therefore, the research of commercial aggregation has important practicalsignificance. Taking the commercial aggregation of Haidian district as an example, thepaper analyse the competitive power of the Haidian district’s commercial aggregation intheory and practice. There are similar problems in many urban or administrative region justsame as those faced with in the promoting of competitiveness of Haidian districtcommercial aggregation. It’s of great significance to do the theory and practice research ofthis subject.This paper adopt the theoretical and practice analytical method. Through the literatureliquidate work of related commercial aggregation theory and the research of the currentsituation of Haidian district’s commercial aggregation competitiveness, the paper putforward the reasons that lead to the bad situation of competitiveness of Haidian districtcommercial aggregation. Specifically speaking, these reasons include the lacking ofHigh-end commercial aggregation elements, the unconspicuous situation of commercialaggregation character, the unbalance of the commercial aggregation’s development, theunreasonable structure of the business, and the insufficient condition of the commercialaggregation degree.To solve these problems, the paper proposes several approachs respectively ingovernment’s and corporation’s view. The government should first strengthen the functionin providing the system guarantee and explore the commercial aggregation managementmode. After that, it should promote the balanced development of Haidian districtcommercial aggregation and drive the upgrade of business structure. And then, it shouldpromote the development of intermediary agencies and guarantee the professionals’supplying. The last, it should improve statistical standard and so on. To enterprises, itshould actively conduct the management and business-shape innovation, and do greateffort in remodeling the commercial positioning, promoting the enterprise’s soft power,introducing and cultivating professionals, pushing the benign cooperation and competitionof enterprises in commercial aggregation, paying close attention to the consumer’s demandand promoting the innovation of business-format.
