Inland Container Transport System Development Research Based On Coordination Theory

China’s river water resource is rich in inland container transport in inland waterway transport as an important part of its safe, convenient and efficient features, and has become an integrated transport system, an important part, but also because of its large volume, low cost, the advantages of pollution, in line with national economic and social requirements of sustainable development in an integrated transport system has an irreplaceable rote。With the rapid development of highway and railway construction and the continuous improvement of the comprehensive transportation system, inland container transport from other modes of transportation especially the severe challenge of highway transportation. Inland river container transportation efficiency and the overall efficiency is low, inland river shipping resources and advantages have not been fully developed and utilized, declined in the integrated transport system in the market competition, increasing the speed limit. Compared with foreign inland shipping developed countries, there is a big gap between the infrastructure in our country inland river container transport and labour productivity, inland container shipping industry is in a lower level of development. But the experience of the developed countries, inland container transport has the potential advantages of other modes of transport can not be replaced, even if the society with highly developed economy still occupy a space for one person in the comprehensive transportation system, should promote appropriate water water, coordinated development of various modes of transport.Therefore, the coordinated development of inland container transport will not only enhance its integrated transport system, the position and role, but also help China build a resources-saving and environment-friendly social goals, to promote better coordination of economic and social development, thus carrying out this study is of great significance.This study used quantitative and qualitative methods, will coordinate the introduction of theory, economics, statistics, system theory to this study, the main research contents are as follows:(1)Based on system theory, coordination theory and economics theory, to analyze the mechanism of coordinated development of inland container transportation system.(2) Based on the mechanism of coordinated development of inland container transport system, analysis in-depth on the coordinated development of container transport system of inland hierarchy.(3) Establish the mechanism of coordinated development of inland container transportation system.(4) Do quantitative analysis of the degree of coordinated development of inland container transport system, establishes the evaluation index system, and gives the suitable evaluation methods and the evaluation steps.The main innovation points are as follows:(1) Defines the inland container transport system and the concept of coordinated development of inland container transportation system connotation, the inland container transport system into the inland transportation, set Shugang terminal transit, shipping three subsystems; each subsystem is divided into line infrastructure, infrastructure, transport nodes mobile equipment and transport software four elements.(2) Based on the system theory, coordination theory and economics theory, the mechanism of coordinated development of container transport system of inland systematically and in-depth analysis, constructs the theory system of coordinated development of container transport system of inland, the coordination of inland water container transportation system is divided into internal coordination and system coordination between the system and outer environment, subsystem coordination of three levels.
