The nutritional value of fruits and vegetables is very high. So they have become more and more porpular. The consumption is rising year by year. At the same time, the consumers’requirement for fruits and vegetables in the aspects of green and high quality is more and more high. In order to meet the requirement of consumers, members of the fruits and vegetables supply chain should establish close relations of cooperation and carry out collaborative decision-making. Collaborative decision-making can reduce environmental pollution, ensure quality and safety of the fruits and vegetables, reduce the circulation loss and improve the international competitiveness of the fruits and vegetables in our coutry. However, the operational efficiency of the fruits and vegetables green supply chain in our country is low because of lack of necessary collaborative decision-making mechanism. This leads to benefit and risk asymmetry between the members of the supply chain. And the collaborative decision-making is difficult to realize. Therefore, this article identified the necessity of collaborative decision-making in the green fruits and vegetables supply chain through the analysis of the driving force of promoting the effiency of the fruits and vegetables green supply chain. On this basis, it explored the dynamic of collaborative decision-making in the fruits and vegetables green supply chain. Then it constructed the risk sharing collaborative decision-making model, the cost control collaborative decision-making model and profit allocation collaborative decision-making model. Thus the collaborative decision-making mechanism of the fruits and vegetables green supply chain came into being. The contents of this paper include some aspects as follows:(1) It proposed the definition of the fruits and vegetables green supply chain and demonstrated the necessity of collaborative decision-making in the fruits and vegetables green supply chain.(2)It built the dynamic model of collaborative decision-making in the fruits and vegetables green supply chain and explored the source of power of collaborative decision-making in the fruits and vegetables green supply chain.(3) It established the risk-sharing collaborative decision-making model of the fruits and vegetables green supply chain based on the principal-agent theory.(4)It formulated the collaborative decision-making model of preservation cost control of the fruits and vegetables green supply chain on the basis of analyzing the iterative relationship of freshness of the fruits and vegetables.(5) It allocated the revenue of the fruits and vegetables green supply chain by using improved Shapley Value Model with freshness factor.(6) It researched the collaborative decision-making safeguard mechanism of the fruits and vegetables green spply chain from three aspects. They are trust protecting mechanism, information sharing safeguard mechanism and collaborative decision support platform security.Through the research, this paper drew the following conclusions:(1) Building the collaborative decision-making mechanism is the key dynamic of promoting the effiency of the fruits and vegetables green supply chain.(2) The risk-sharing collaborative decision-making model of the fruits and vegetables green supply chain based on the principal-agent theory can make the risk sharing method more reasonable.(3) The collaborative decision-making model of preservation cost control of the fruits and vegetables green supply chain can make the preservation cost control of the fruits and vagetables green suppy chain more reasonable.(4) The allocation of the revenue of the fruits and vegetables green supply chain by using improved Shapley Value Model with freshness factor can be more reasonable.
