Transformation and upgrading of the manufacturing industry is an important measure of China's economic development,and the integration of informatization and industrialization has become a key mean to realize “Made in China 2025”.In the national level and the regional macro-level led by the government,considerable achievements ha ve been gained in the integration of the two.However in the enterprise level,there are still problems such as lack of its own power,insufficient knowledge,and non-significant affection on construction and so on.Most of existing studies are focused on the macro policy analysis,or on the integration of enterprise and information tec hnology,and the research results are of great value.But as the main subjects of the integration,relevant research of manufacturing enterprises is rare.Furthermore,most of the studies concentrate on how the existing information technology promoting the enterprise,but research of the dynamic mutual promotion between the information technology and the industrial enterprises is still less.Under the background of practical and theoretical,it is particularly necessary to deeply discuss the dynamic evolution process of the manufacturing enterprises' integration,which is useful for the enterprise and government to understand and master the regularity of the integration.This paper focuses on three interrelated problems which are generated by the dynamic process of the integration: How does the integration level of the integration evolve?How does the enterprise taking manufacturing technology as the core integrate with the information technology? How do the core elements of the integration dynamically evolve and dominate the development of the integration? In view of the fact that the integration is the internal autonomous enterprise behavior with the influence of the outside environment,we analysis the self-organization characteristics and the formation conditions of the integration by using Dissipative Structure Theory,and choose to discuss the three issues in the view of self-organization evolution.(1)Dynamic mechanism of entropy flow and dynamic mechanism of Dissipative Structure of the intergration in manufacturing enterprise.First of all,concept of "intergration entropy" is introduced.Combining with “enterprise uncertainty theory”,inner entropy and exterior entropy of the integration are deeply discussed,and the internal mechanism of order evolution is pointed out.And then,through the analysis of the forming conditions and path for dissipation structure,the internal mechanism of dissipative structure is constructed.It is laying the foundation for the self-organization evolution research of the integration.(2)Study on the self-organization dynamic evolution of the integration level for manufacturing enterprise.Firstly,we propose the evaluation route of the integration level of manufacturing enterprise using the fuzzy comprehensive evalua tion method,and analysis the typical manufacturing enterprise case.Then,considering that the dynamic improving process of the integration level is accompanied by the improving of the degree of order,we construct self-organization evolution model of the integration level and analysis the transcritical bifurcation,and conclusion is gained that the fusion level can be continued to improve only if keeping control parameter nonnegative.Finally,based on the development rate,the process of the integration is divided into initial stage,growth stage,popularity stage and update stage.Conclusions are helpful for the enterprise to self-diagnosis the current static and dynamic state,and to determine enterprise's adjustment strategy for the integration of informatization and industrialization.(3)Study on the self-organization dynamic evolution of the technical efficiency for the manufacturing enterprise.Considering the information technology dynamic integrateing with enterprise,we propose definition of manufacturing technology,the fusion is regarded as the integration of the manufacturing technology and information technology,then technical performance is seen as the main purpose of the fusion.Firstly,the concept of technology efficiency is introduced and self-organization evolution model of technical efficiency is constructed,and the order parameter is obtained using qualitative analysis.Secondly,according to the convergence characteristic of manufacturing technology and information technology,the evolutionary mechanism is analyzed of technology convergence driven by order parameter,and further the technical efficiency convergence model is build.Finally,based on model analysis,uncertainty and quality of the fusion are considered.Conclusion shows that the performance of the fusion depends on the proportion of the convergence parameters,and the performance can be improved effectively by adjusting the convergence.(4)Study on the self-organization dynamic evolution of the core elements for integration of the manufacturing enterprise.Firstly,for purpose of dimension reducing and factor generalizing,combining with the analysis of the relationship between elements,self-organizing dynamic evolution model of principal component is constructed,and standard method of order parameter selecting is designed.Then,based on typical manufacturing enterprises,order parameter and its composition are determined,and evolutionary trajectory is plotted,and successive secondary bifurcation of the evolution is analyzed.Conclusions are helpful for enterprises to grasp the key elements and construction direction of the integration,and composition expression of order parameter have important guiding role in the construction and resource al ocation.Theoretical framework of the dynamic analysis of the integration for manufacturing enterprises is set up in this paper,expected to provide practical reference and decision-making basis for practice.For theoretical analysis purposes,methods used also been improved in some respects:(1)Convergence theory and technical efficiency are combined into the enterprise,and it creates a new way to analyze enterprise performance for the micro-level.Quantitative analysis theory and method of heterogeneous convergence are put forward,which can widen and deepen the application of the convergence theory,and provide a new universal perspective of fusion problem;(2)Principal component model and corresponding order parameter are conceived and designed,which is of great significance to solve the bottleneck problem of the application of Synergetic.
