Turnover mentality problem of new generation migrant workers is a major practical problems of China’s manufacturing industry, and the research has important significance. For the new generation of migrant workers, turnover mentality can not be understood simply in pursuit of higher wages and better conditions. In fact, turnover mentality is a mentality of self-protection. This is turnover intention of new generation migrant workers, whose purpose is to evade or resist labor labor. What is turnover mentality? What is its root? To address this issue, the unit of analysis in this paper is the foundry workshop,and the object of study is the new generation migrant workers,and the method is a hybrid research method. Research perspective is the labor theory of alienation、recognition theory and modern world system theory. Research goal of this paper is insight into the turnover mentality of the new generation migrant workers from the micro level, and explore the root causes of global from the macro level.The basic idea of this article is:First, a critical review of relevant research, and understand the mentality of the new generation of migrant workers leaving the problem and propose a new theoretical perspective. Second, at the micro level, conduct qualitative research grounded theory based on the labor theory of alienation and recognition from theoretical perspective, insight into the mentality of the new generation of migrant workers to leave. Third, on the basis of qualitative research, expand the empirical research, the establishment of the new generation of migrant workers to leave the mentality of the model. Fourth, at the macro level, from the analysis of vision of the modern world system, the body (the new generation migrant workers) and ecological (global modernity) frame of mind, to explore the root causes of global problems.Central conclusions are as follows:Turnover mentality is a mentality of self-protection. Generation of migrant workers due to the workshop experience and perception of unfair labor missing tissue, leading to psychological contract breach, the formation of negative beliefs and feelings of cynicism, and produce even resist labor turnover intention to evade labor. Turnover mentality problem is rooted in the social ecology of global modernity, Wintelism workshop is microscopic ecological generation of migrant workers facing the global production system "global pyramid" macro ecology. At the macro level, from the perspective of the modern world system theory perspective, the new generation of migrant workers leaving a mentality problem need to study global perspective, the modern world system "central area" to "fringe" of capital expansion and the international division of labor is unequal.2.The third chapter is a study grounded theory at the micro level.① The method of data collection is personal interviews and group interviews. Research contributions and originality is embodied in the following four areas:①Mining old concept of "separation" of the new connotation, on the basis of exploration and qualitative research literature on the proposed new generation of migrant workers leaving the labor mentality is to escape the mentality of self-protection even resist labor, leaving a generation of migrant workers in a labor protest forms.②New research perspective, with different theories of rational choice, aiming generation of migrant workers leaving a mentality problem, from the labor theory of alienation, admitting that the theory and the modern world system theory put forward new perspective.③The new model is proposed to leave the study, this paper established a new generation of migrant workers leaving mentality model, which is a useful supplement to the existing turnover models.④ Subject - eco mode of thinking is new thinking to leave the research paper in the main frame and ecological thinking, reflection of global modernity, the article proposed Wintelism workshop is microscopic ecological generation of migrant workers, the "Global Pyramid" is the new generation of migrant workers macro-ecology.
