New generation of migrant workers have become the backbone of the ranks of migrant workers, contributing the main labor force for economic development and urban construction. Their turnover behavior aroused widespread concern in society. After the author review and summary the related literature proposed that:in this research, take psychological contract theoretical knowledge as the research base, and introduced job satisfaction, as mediating variables, through the strength of turnover to predict whether Turnover behavior occurs, to study the psychological contract violation predict turnover intention and the mechanism of this action.Since psychological contract is subjective and dynamic, the results may vary in different subjects, this paper takes the new generation of migrant workers as the subject of the study, according to the psychological contract violation, job satisfaction, turnover intention relationship among three variables, construction model, proposes research hypothesis, through on-site issuance and networks issuance collect raw data, in SPSS 18.0 software tools for data analysis, the hypothesis proposed by the author is basic verified, And the following conclusions:the new generation of migrant workers have higher turnover intention, their marital status, age division, nature of the industry division, the unit of work time division, on the impact to turnover intention, showing significant difference, and the mean quite different; Psychological contract violation on job satisfaction is significant negative direction, impact decreasing order:normal contract violations, developmental contract violation, interpersonal contract violation; Psychological contract violation on turnover intention is significantly positive, impact decreasing order:normal contract violations, developmental contract violation, interpersonal contract violation; The path of psychological contract violation have an impact on the turnover intention, In addition to direct effects, but also indirectly through job satisfaction to convey, That intermediary role of job satisfaction has been established.For the conclusion of this study, propose appropriate solutions to this problem from the enterprise. For businesses, they should build and maintain mutually agreed upon psychological contract, establish fair and reasonable, competitive salary system, provide career planning for employees, Concerned about the staff life, Humanistic Care.
