Research On The Convergence Mechanism Of Chinese Equipment Manufacturing Industry And Producer Service Industry And Its Guarantee Tactics

Under the background of economic globalization, Chinese equipmentmanufacturing industry and producer service industry have been locked at thebottom of the global value chain, and their international competitiveness isrelatively low. To improve the competitiveness of equipment manufacturingindustry and producer service industry became the most important issue for theirdevelopment. Fortunately, industrial convergence provided an effective way toimprove the industrial competitiveness. So, under the background of economicglobalization, the systematic research on the industrial convergence mechanismand the guarantee tactics of industrial convergence, such as construction ofresearch system of industrial convergence mechanism, revelation of industrialconvergence characteristics and laws are highly necessary for promoting thedevelopment of equipment manufacturing industry, producer service industry,and even the macroeconomic. In a nutshell, the research of industrialconvergence mechanism and guarantee tactics of equipment manufacturingindustry and producer service industry not only has important theoreticalsignificance, but also has great practical significance.On the foundation of definition of related concepts, this dissertationanalyzes the industrial association and interaction relationship of equipmentmanufacturing industry and producer service industry, this dissertation builds upthe evolution model of industrial “association-interaction-convergence”, andreveals the convergence trend of equipment manufacturing industry and producer service industry. After that, this dissertation constructed theconvergence system of equipment manufacturing industry and producer serviceindustry, and analyzes the convergence system from its elements, structure,function and environment. On the basis of self-organization theory, systemtheory and mechanism connotation, this dissertation constructs thetheorical framework of industrial convergence research, which includes“convergence motive, convergence condition, convergence process, influencefactors of convergence and convergence effect”. This research frameworkprovides theoretical basis for revealing not only the convergence mechanism,but also the convergence characteristics and laws of convergence system ofequipment manufacturing industry and producer service industry. And of course,this research framework provides references for making the guarantee tactics.The convergence conditions are analyzed in this chapter. The convergenceconditions are reduction of industrial deregulation, industrial technology andknowledge innovation, improved technology and knowledge diffusion system,and industrial relations of complementary. By making a multidimensionalanalysis of industrial convergence motives of equipment manufacturing industryand producer service industry from multiple perspectives, this dissertationreveals the industrial convergence motives: market demand, industrialcompetition and technological innovation. On these foundations, thisdissertation constructs the evaluation index system for measuring theconvergence motives, and reveals the driving strength, direction andrelated laws. By analyzing the convergence process of equipment manufacturingindustry and producer service industry from four stages such as marketconvergence, product convergence, technology convergence, management andorganization convergence, this dissertation built up the industrial convergenceprocess model.This dissertation made a comprehensive analysis of the convergenceinfluence factors. After that, this dissertation makes a quantitative measurementfor revealing the influence strength and direction of convergence influencefactors. At last of this part, this dissertation determines the order parameter ofconvergence system based on self-organization theory, and puts foword thecountermeasures and suggestions for promoting the convergence of equipment manufacturing industry and producer service industry.From both internal effects and external effects, this dissertation analyzedthe industrial convergence effect of equipment manufacturing industry andproducer service industry. Based on these effects, this dissertation chose theevaluation methods for each effect, and proposed comprehensive evaluationmethod and model for evaluating the convergence effects. At last of this part,this dissertation measured and analyzed the convergence effect of equipmentmanufacturing industry and producer service industry based on the regionalperspective.Guarantee tactics of industrial convergence of equipment manufacturingindustry and producer service industry are designed form four aspects:convergence operation guarantee tactics, organization guarantee tactics, systemguarantee tactics and policy guarantee tactics. The convergence operationguarantee tactics contain four parts, they are securit operation power ofconvergence system, construction of mutual trust mechanism of convergencesubjects, perfect circulation channel of the convergence elements, and clear thedistribution mechanism of convergence interest. The convergence guaranteeorganization is composed of guiding organizations, execution organizations andsupport organizations. The convergence guarantee system includes legal system,management system, and supervision-evaluation and feedback system. Theconvergence guarantee policies is composed of policy of economic reform,science and technology policy, personnel policy, fiscal and tax policy.By selecting the typical equipment manufacturing industry and producerservice industry of Northeast China as example, this dissertation made empiricalstudies on industrial convergence. Based on the achievement of empiricalstudies, this dissertation gave the countermeasures for promoting the industrialconvergence development of equipment manufacturing industry and producerservice industry, such as improving the R&D level of equipment manufacturingindustry, promoting the development of modern productive service industry andencouraging the diversified capital into equipment manufacturing industry andproducer service industry.This dissertation analyzes the mechanism and guarantee tactics of industrialconvergence of equipment manufacturing industry and producer service industry under the background of the global value chain. According to not onlyqualitative analysis and quantitative measurement, but also induction anddeduction, this dissertation builds up the research system of industrialconvergence mechanism, and puts forward the countermeasures for realizing theindustrial convergence. The research achievements of this dissertation have vitalsignificance for riching industry convergence theory, promoting industrialconvergence, achieving the rapid and healthy development of these twoindustries, and rising of Chinese equipment manufacturing industry in the globalvalue chain.
