To build strategic pivot of Central China, and to build Wuhan a national central city, is the Wuhan development target and task for current and future in quite a long time, is a strategic initiative for Wuhan to realize scientific development, Innovative development, and leapfrogging development.This paper uses Baumol Entrepreneurial innovation theory, do research and analysis to build strategic pivot of Central China, to build Wuhan a national central city, for the purpose of both theoretical and practical aspects. From a theoretical point of view, try a combination of regional economic development and entrepreneurial innovation theory, to innovate the method of regional development, considering entrepreneurial innovation on the height of the regional economic development strategy.
