The effect of adriamycin on infraorbital nerve and gasseringganglion by injecting into foramen infraorbitaleObjection: To investigate the feasibility, efficacy, safety and mechanism of adriamycin to be injected into infraorbital foramen for blocking trigeminal nerve.Methods:Part One: At the first experiment, 6 New Zealand rabbits were randomly allocated into 1d, 2d and 3d group(n=2,respectively).These rabbits were emerged foramen infraorbitale, and were injected 50μl 1 percent amycin. On the first day, the secend day and the third day of postoperation, the bilateral infraorbital nerve, gasseringganglion and the 1-3 segments of cervical spine were taken out to observe the autofluorescence of amycin.
