Research On The Effects And Mechanism Of A Modified Xiao Xianxiong Decoction On Anti-carcinomas

Objective: Tostudy antitumor activity and mechenism of modified Xiao Xian-xiong decoction on carcinomas,.Methods: The mice models with transplanted tumour were established by adopted S180 and EAC. The model mice were administrated the Xiao Xian-xiong decoction in according to the dose for 8 days, once a day.The growth of tumour cells were observed,the tumour tissue were sliced and colourated, the pathology examination were processed. In vitro experiments, the human gastric carcinoma cell SGC-7901 and liver cancer cell SMMC-7721 were used, the multiplication effects of distillation from modified Xiao Xian-xiong decoction on those cells were observed according to different doses. By serum pharmacological methods, the production effects of modified Xiao Xian-xiong decoction on human gastric carcinoma cell SGC-7901 were measured according to different concentration. The effects of induced apoptosis and the expression of Fas and bcl-2 in human gastric cancer cell SGC-7901 correlation with apoptosis were researched by flow cytometry skill and immunity histo- chemistry skill.To adopt the carbon powder clearance method,MTT method, ~3H-TdR adulteration method, the function of monovalent phagocyte system, the antipersonnel activity of natural killer cells and the activity of interleukin-2, interferon-γ, tumour necrosis factor were measured. Results: .The high and middle dose of modified Xiao Xian-xiong decoction could obviously restrain the tumour growth in tumor-bearing mice, prolong the survival time,advance the survival quality. In vitro experiment, the distillation from modified Xiao Xian-xiong decoction distinctly depressed the human gastric carcinoma cell SGC-7901 and liver cancer cell SMMC-7721.The druggery serum obviously restrained the reproduction of gastric carcinoma cell SGC-7901, the effects gradually increased according to the action time and druggery serum concentration.
