Part Ⅰ Study on the microsatellite polymorphisms of theAndrogen Receptor Gene and the Estrogen Receptorα and β Gene in first-onset major depressivedisorder of adolscent patientsObjectiveTo comparatively analyze the polymorphisms of (CAG)n repeats in androgen receptor(AR) gene, (TA)n repeats in estrogen receptora(ERα)gene and (CA)n repeats in estrogen receptor β(ERβ) gene in adolescently first-onset major depressive disorder patients.MethodsPCR, capillary electrophoresis and genetic scanning were performed in testing the length of microsatellites and the frequency of alleles and genotypes among adolescent depressive group, adult depressive group and control group. Case-control study was used in data analysis.Results1. Patients in adolescent depressive group (18 kinds of alleles) had more kinds of alleles than patients in adult depressive group (15 kinds of alleles) and control group (16 kinds of alleles) in AR gene; The comparison of CAG repeats' numbers between males and females...
