Theory Probing And Experiment Study Of The Correlativity Between Heart And Senility

Object: Probing the close relationship between heart and senility under the direction of TCM theory , then through experiment study , to confirm the mechanism of the correlativity , so as to offer warranty of theory and experiment for postpone senility from heart .The text was divided into two parts: theory probing and experiment study .Theory probing : Heart and senility have close relationship through the study of ancient words. Heart is the person's life activity to dominate, the rise and fall of the heart function, affect the life of the human body life directly, is very close with the relation of the health longevity, just such as 《su wen?ling Ian mi dian lun》 say:" the heart, is the officer of the monarch, with this health then life." Experiment studyMethods: The rats were randomly divided into five groups: normal control group; model group; Vitamin E-C group; BXT therapying low dose group and BXT therapying large dose group. The senility rat model was induced by subcutaneous injection of 12.5% D-Galactose on the back near neck 0. 16ml daily for four weeks. We observed MDA, SOD, interleukin-2, B-cell lymphoma/leukemia-2 and ultrastructure changes.Results: 1.BXT groups all can increase the contents of SOD and decrease the contents of MDA. 2. There were obviously apoptosis in model group, BXT can improve the ultrastructure pathological changes of heart. 3. The contents of IL-2 was decreased obviously in model group than normal control group(P<0.01), BXT can can increase it , improving the immune function. 4. The expression of Bcl-2 was obviously lower in model group than in normal control group(P<0.01), BXT can increase the expression of Bcl-2mRNA significantly(P<0. 01).Conclusion: There were many changes in model group, such as: the decrease of SOD, the increase of MDA, ultrastructure pathological changes etc. It means the aging model was successfully founded. BXT can decrease the contents of free radical, restrain apoptosis, improve immunefunction, Though these it can postpone aging.
