Abstract/Summary:
To approach the relationship between damp heat syndrome and objective indexesof Mesangial Proliferative Glomerulonephritis(MsPGN),make clear the maineffective factors and other relative factors that bring out damp heat syndrome,a study on the relationship between damp heat syndrome and each objective indexewere carried out theoretically and clinically, which will reflect truthfully theintrinsic quality of MsPGN's damp heat syndrome, contribute to make perfect TCM'smicrocosmic syndrome differentiation on MsPGN, therefore providing scientificbasis for damp heat syndrome differentiation on MsPGN.The theoretical section made a systematic introduction about physician'scognition on names, causes and pathogenesis of the disease in the past dynasties,summarized the causes and pathogenesis of damp heat syndrome of MsPGN's inTCM—humid heat impairing the kidney, pointing out that with modern medicine goingdeep into this disease, the traditional method of naming the disease by clinicalsymptoms is unfavourable in revealing its intrinsic essence. Recent theory of TCM'smicrocosmic syndrome differentiation confirms the exists of objective basis of dampheat syndrome, suggesting that changes of syndrome types of MsPGN havecorresponding immunology, biochemistry, histology changes. Their differentpatterns of constitution and the whole response to pathological changes determinethe ways of display of damp heat syndrome, therefore to establish this question.In the clinical section, the damp heat syndrome of MsPGN was the effects ofsynthetic reactions of immunology, hemagglutination, hemody-namics, metabolism ofprotein, renal function, blood lipid and renal pathologic changes were founded through observing and analyzing the physical changes and library indexes on 83patients with this disease. It turned out that the cause of damp heat reported thedeveloping process of MsPGN. The group of syndrome of damp heat had more obviouslaboratory index changing than the group of syndrome of non-damp heat: TG, CHO,LDL-c, ApoB and the amounts of 24h urine protein notable rised; Serum IgG, TP, Alb,HDL-c were lower than regular; The group of syndrome of damp heat increased notablycompared with the group of syndrome of non-damp heat in C3, C1q's deposit in nephridialtissue. Pathogenic factor of damp heat had more closer relationship with the damageof renal function, hyperplasia of mesangial region, Lesion of nephridialtubules-interstitial than pathogenic factor of non-damp heat.
