A software in Visual FoxPro 6.0 was compiled to translate the ancient cases into digit mode, then a large database was established. Non-conditional logistic multivariate regression was employed to standardize the syndrome differentiation of Five Zangs. It was found that Shen plays an important role to the harmony of Five Zangs by using oblique principal component cluster analysis and Phi coefficient to the database. According to the statistic results, the development tendencies of Five Zangs' disease, physiological functions and anatomical foundation of Five Zangs were summarized. In terms of the basic characteristics of Jing, Qi, Xue, Jin and Ye, Yinjing and Yangqi were defined as energizing nutrients and energy flow respectively. Modeling the Yin-yang and Five-elements relationships, a physiological mathematical model on the variation of Yinjing and Yangqi of Five Zangs and two pathological mathematical models of Pi and Fei were founded. Numerical simulation indicates that the variation pattern of Yinjing and Yangqi of Five Zangs coincide with the statistic results on the climatic digits of China. The excess, deficiency, heat, and cold syndromes have different frequency-spectrum. Therefore, objective syndrome differentiation on Five Zangs disease is feasible by measuring the energizing nutrients and energy flow.
