This article conducts a research on the thoughts and methods of emotion therapy expressed in internal classics associated with some contents in pre-gw scholar' works and modern psychology. The emotion therapy includes emotion control, conception control and desire control.Emotional therapy is an essential component of TCM, which is based on conceptions of human nature and emotion in internal classics. It is hold in internal classics that a person's body should been coincides with his spirit, and some natural and social changes will affect on his health. The concept of emotion is come from some basic thoughts of the concepts of human nature in internal classics, and its central theory is emotions controlling each other. According to modern psychology, the theory includes two parts, emotion control and conception control, which embody the thoughts of correlation among one emotion and others, emotion and conception in internal classics. Emotion control has two 'effects: spirit effect and body effect, which spirit effect is one emotion can affect other emotion, and body effect is that emotion change can change Qi motion in one's body, and affect the function of internal organs further. The integration of emotion and desire is a famous characteristic of the emotion theory in internal classics. If a person has a desire, he will has some appropriate emotion changes. The obstruction of desire will give rise to the obstruction of emotion, and the harmony of emotion will improve the obstruction of desire.
