The Study On Compatibility Of Wang Mengying's Prescriptions About Treating Dampness Disease

This article hackles the development of dampness-evil,and analysis the regi onal characteristics and disease characteristics during the period when Wang M engying lived that all based on the research of traditional literature.Subsequentl y,arranging his monographs,extracting the provisions and medical records about dampness diseases,summarizing and analysing the prescriptions he used,in order to systematically recognize the compatibility characteristics of Wang?s pr escriptions treating dampness-evil and direct the clinical application.In this study,through the analysis of Wang Mengying's commonly used dr ugs,drug pairs and prescriptions,we can see that Wang Mengying's compatibil ity follows the characteristics of complementary and opposite complementary dr ugs.Complementary compatibility,commonly used in the same kind of compatib ility with the drug compatibility,both efficacy,performance similar combination of the use,or the relatively fixed combination of two kinds of traditional Chi nese medicine.On the contrary and complementary theory,we should pay attent ion to the combination of cold and temperature of medicine,as well as other compatibility methods,such as dispersing and collecting and moistening dryness.At the same time,Wang Mengying pays attention to dialectical treatment and medicine has a specialty in compatibility.And often compatible with common f ood and fresh products to use.Today,there are more and more diseases caused by dampnessand much mo re sub-healty people with dampness in body which seriously affects life quality.The climatic conditions,physique,spectrum of disease and other conditions in W ang Mengying's era are similar to nowadays.Therefore,it is important to researc h the compatible theory of Wang Mengying in prescriptions of treating dampne ss which can definitely guide the clinal treatment in theory.
