Networked manufacturing is a kind of advanced manufacturing mode, which is produced and developed at the background of the development of network technology and economy globalization. Computer and network communication technology make networked manufacturing more open, intelligent, and distributed. As a kind of new manufacturing organizing mode which can improve enterprise competition ability and agility, it represents intending direction of manufacturing development.Quality management system (QMS) is an important component of networked manufacturing integration platform. Quality is the most powerful strategetic weapon of enterprise occupying market, which is very important to existence and development of enterprise. Therefore, it has become the research focus of the manufacturing. Under networked manufacturing, quality connotation has been extended from final quality of product to the whole process quality throughout product lifecycle which is included:development, purchasing, manufacturing, sale, service after sale, as well as recycle of product, from static quality to dynamic quality decided by time. Facing to the new changes of product quality under networked manufacturing, conventional QMS has not adapted to them. So, studying advanced method of quality management and quality control technology is especial and important significance to developing networked manufacturing in china.Aiming at quality management characteristic of networked manufacturing, overall design, structure and function, core algorithm design and system implementation are studied, product lifecycle oriented quality management prototype system for practical application is designed and developed by using the technologies of Java, JSP and database, which are supported by relevant funds. The main innovation work in the dissertation is briefly summarized as follows:(1) Aiming at the challenges of conventional quality management system in networked manufacturing, dynamic, collaborative, distributed system model of product lifecycle oriented quality management is put forward, system framework is constructed, function and architecture are determined on the basis. (2) To realize collaborative quality management of inter-enterprise in networked manufacturing, the technology of CSCW is introduced into product lifecycle oriented quality management system; collaborative environment is constructed, the problem of product quality design multi-Sited in networked environment is solved to realize quality information integration and quality knowledge sharing.(3)A dynamic process quality control model oriented to networked manufacturing is constructed, which integrated quality prevention, analysis, diagnosis and adjustment, by using the theories of similarity process, Elman neural network and expert system; real-time and dynamic analysis, diagnosis and adjustment of process quality in multi-variaty & small batch production mode of networked manufacturing.(4) A quality evaluation method combining analytical hierarchy process based on triangle fuzzy number with fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is presented, and is applied in the model of product lifecycle oriented quality evaluation to obtain quantitative results, which makes evaluation results more objective and accurate. Some defects of fuzzy and classic mathematics applied in quality evaluation process are resolved, weight objectivity is improved, and then credibility of evaluation results is improved.(5) Product lifecycle oriented quality management prototype system is designed and developed by comprehensively using the technologies of JSP, Servlet in Windows, product lifecycle oriented quality management of BBD coal mill is introduced as an example to verify the theoretical model and algorithm above-mentioned so as to indicate that the system can meet the practical requirements of enterprise implemented networked manufacturing.
