Research And Design Of Wheel Product Quality Management System Based On Lifecycle

Along with the increase of train speed as well as the increase of their loads,quality requirements for wheel products,as an important part for supporting the movements of trains and bearing the weight of the body,have become higher and higher,and manufactures have paid more and more attention to the quality management of wheel products.The traditional quality management method adopted by most of our wheel manufacturing enterprises is no longer suitable for the needs of enterprise development and the quality requirements of the market.Because the quality management activities are mostly closed,scattered,which provides incomplete quality information and blocks the circulation of products.Besides,a quality problem can only be post-processed,and can't be traced.On the contrary,the product lifecycle quality management characterized by no boundary,continuity and integrity,is becoming more and more recognized by contemporary enterprises,and is more aligned with the development of the enterprises.With the research background of a large wheel manufacturing enterprise in China,the product lifecycle quality management is applied to the quality management of wheel products.The quality management of the wheel manufacturing enterprise products is analyzed from such aspects as business status,information status,management characteristics and management problems.The lifecycle of wheel products is taken as the main line,the management contents of wheel products in such aspects as development and design,purchasing and supply,manufacturing and after-sales service are explained,and then the basic functions of wheel product lifecycle quality management information system are summarized.Moreover,the tracing objects of wheel products and the organization of a single piece of wheel product batches are determined by researching the tracing range and the tracing method of wheel products.Meanwhile,the feasibility and necessity of quality traceability of wheel products and the product lifecycle quality management integration are analyzed,and the tracing process of wheel products in the lifecycle quality management system is summarized.On this basis,the framework,the function module and the processing logic of the system are designed,the database is designed in structure,concept and datasheet,and finally the wheel product lifecycle quality management system is developed.The system can not only achieve the quality management in various stages such as development and design,purchasing and supply,manufacturing and after-sales services,but also achieve the integrity of wheel product information in the above stages.The current situation of isolated quality information and poor information communication are eliminated,so that the quality traceability of wheel products is realized,the quality of wheel products is ensured,and a scientific basis for continuous improvement of the wheel products is provided.
