Following the rapid development of network information technology and the division of social work, the producer services separates from the manufacturing and it offers the profession services to the produce enterprises, so the value increment ability of the manufacturing is proved. At the same time, the advanced information network technology accelerates fusing of manufacturing and servicing business, and a new mode that the wervicing business promoting the manufacturing is formed. It injects new vigor and Industrial revolution of manufacturing.Combined with the project of National Natural Science Foundation of China-"Research on Network-based Collaborative Commerce Chain" (No. 70172016), and the project of National 863 High Technology Project of China-"Research on Electro-mechanical-oriented Application Service Platform" (No. 2003AA414013), the new manufacturing service mode named the manufacture collaborative service network is referred. According to the theories of business networks, HeXie management and dissipative structure, system and method as an object, supported by advanced network technology, as well as developing prototype system as an aim with practical value, by combining theory with practice, we discussed the theory, method and technology to realize the manufacture collaborative service network comprehensively and deeply.In chapter 1, the background and significance of the research are introduced; the development trend and the current research situations of the inter-enterprises information are expatiated. Based on the analysis of the transformation of manufacture mode and the development of the E-commerce and information technology, the main contents of this dissertation are proposed.In chapter 2, it is described that the content, the connotation of service, the connotation of collaboration and the systematic characteristics of the manufacture collaborative service network. Also the difference between the manufacture collaborative service network and the collaborative commerce chain is discussed. Finally the theory-technology- application framework is referred for the further research. In chapter 3, the business network structure with leader of manufacture collaborative service network and the main functions of the leader are described. The mode of null-zero-sum-cooperate game among the kernel enterprises are analyzed and solved. Also a new method with time property to choose the common member enterprises is introduced. By introducing the award and penalty function into the client-agent model, the incentive and supervisory model for leader enterprise to stimulate and supervise the member enterprises is built. Finally the duration analysis method is used to study the duration of the system and the reliability of the incentive and supervisory mechanism promoting the members work harder.In chapter 4, the dissipative structure theory is quoted to study the complexity and the non-stabilization of the manufacture collaborative service network. And the HeXie management theory is adopted to help the manufacture collaborative service network form a better situation where the members can develop their vigorous and creativeness.In chapter 5, a techniques-enabled framework supporting the manufacture collaborative service network is analyzed firstly. Then, the web services technology, the business process based on BizTalk and the security access control of the system are described. Finally the service-oriented integration framework of distributed application resources of the manufacture collaborative service network is constructed.In chapter 6, with background of automobile industry, those key contents studied in this paper are applied to demonstrate the formation of the manufacture collaborative service network. And based on the service-oriented architecture, a collaborative commerce service system, one part of information systems of the manufacture collaborative service network is developed by web services technology. All important theory and methods verifications are described by a case study.In chapter 7, the study contents and conclusions of the dissertation have been summarized and the further research works have been forecast.
