With the development of Informationization of Manufacturing Enterprise (IME),it urgently requires to realize the information integration between EnterpriseManagement Information System (MIS) and Control System, and effectivelyimplement the Management Information System-Control System Integration(MISCSI). At present, the research on the information of MISCSI doesn't arousesufficient attention. So it is difficult to realize seamless-integration of informationbetween Management System and Control System, and holds back theimplementation of IME. In the paper, it researches on the key technologies ofManufacturing Enterprise Management-Control Information Integration (MEMCII)among the middle and small discrete manufacturing enterprises, for solving theproblems of the implementation of MISCSI; it takes a decorative fabric enterprise asan example, for studying its applying technology. The main research content is asfollows:1. In order to make the exchanged information between MIS and control systemcorrectly identify and process, based on the characters and demands of MEMCII, theS95 international standard and the object-oriented technology are used, and theconcept of Information Object and its construction method are provided. The papersystematically studies method about determining the content of Information Object,the construction of the Information Object model using UML as an auxiliary model,the transformation from UML model to XML Schema and the description ofInformation Object in XML Schema. Basing on the data structure of exchangedinformation, the operation method of Information Object has been unified andspecified. A new research method for MEMCII is provided.2. For meeting MEMCII's demand, a network for Management-ControlInformation Integration is constructed by Industrial Ethernet and Ethemet. Thenetwork plan and protocol conversion among Field Bus, Serial Port and IndustryEthernet are studied. Considering the present situation of information network insome decorative fabric enterprises, the network plan for Management-ControlInformation Integration and its implementation method are provided.3. Obtaining the real-time field data is the important step of MEMCII, and OPC(OLE for Process Control) is the standard of data access in process control domain.Combined Information Object and OPC technology, a new idea that OPC server isexploited on the benefit of the configuration software, is proposed. Correspondingrelation between OPC and Information Object which is defined according to S95 isdetermined, and the data items of OPC is build in XML Schema according toInformation Object. And the method of transforming from OPC-DA server toXML-DA server is studied. At last, a new technology is developed to communicateand access the real-time field data which not only have the semantic unification, butalso are obtained through the same communication approach.4. Aiming at MEMCII's development requirements, such as Cross-Platform, standardization, enable-reconstruction, modularization and etc, basing on theembedded technology of Web Services, the author proposes a new technology ofembedding Information Object in Web Services, through binding the InformationObject and WSDL, and packaging Information Object in SOAP message. Taking thematerials management system of a decorative fabric enterprise as an example, theapplying technology of Information Object in MEMCII is studied. Synthesized theresearch results of MEMCII's key technologies, the integrating development model ofMEMCII is proposed.5. Taking the production scheduling system of a decorative fabric enterpriseunder the integrating development model of MEMCII as a case, the implementationof MEMCII's key technologies are studied. During the system development, a newtask allocation method of weaving equipment and a new technology which combinesthe Matlab program of scheduling algorithm with Web Services are proposed. Finally,the application effectiveness of this system is summarized.
