Nowadays, most researches about motorcycle'dynamic characteristics only based on the multi-rigid body dynamics method, but not reviewed the motorcycle frame as the spaced flexible body, and not considered in full the affection of person and road to motorcycle's dynamic characteristics; these led the result far beyond the truth, so it is significant and has the engineering use value to develop the dynamics research of motorcycle's man-machine rigid-flexible coupling system.This dissertation discussed the theoretical foundation, the research present status and development trend of rigid-flexible coupling system dynamics, and brought forward the research thoughts of using fix interface dynamic substructure method to analyze the dynamic characteristics of motorcycle's man-machine rigid-flexible coupling system. Regarded motorcycle frame as a spaced flexible body, to take into account the excitation of engine and pavement to create the motorcycle's man-machine rigid-flexible coupling system dynamic model under the man-machine-road environment, the dynamic response and ride comfort characteristics of the coupling dynamics model have been systematically researched,and based on the study on the evaluation of the vibration,the objective evaluation method for motorcycle riding comfort is presented。Taking a motorcycle of certain model as example, it established the frame's FEM model and analyzed its natural frequency and vibration mode, and verified the correctness of theoretical model by experimental modal method. On this base, it intercepted the solved modal result to built the motorcycle's man-machine rigid-flexible coupling system dynamic model and define the couplings'relationship between frame and other components of rigid-flexible coupling model, and built motorcycle's man-machine rigid-flexible coupling system dynamic model by taking rider as multi-rigid body and the excitation of engine and pavement as load; by using this model, conducted research about certain model motorcycle's man-machine rigid-flexible coupling system dynamic characteristics, modal analysis of whole system, analog simulation of motorcycle system dynamic characteristics under operating conditions of acceleration, brake and steering etc., and evaluation of its dynamic characteristics; partial actual test result verified the correctness of theoretical analysis.
