At present, the market of motorcycle is very amplitude in our country, the pattern of motorcycle incessant become, the competition is very fury, but the require of motorcycle's ride comfort and security went on. The ride comfort of motorcycle is the characteristics that vibration and impact that the running motorcycle produce don't made person feel uncomfortable and tire and so on. It is one of the most important factor in all kind of capability, which affect not only the tire, comfort and security of the personnel but also economy and efficiency of motorcycle. The require of motorcycle comfort is becoming higher and higher with the development of modern motorcycle technology. So it will be very meaning to research and improve the ride comfort of motorcycle.In this paper, the dynamics model of motorcycle from easy model to complex model are created base on the known parameter and structure, and the dynamic model is improved on basis the result of examination. So the best dynamic model which suit to the ride comfort simulation. In the side of evaluating quantity research, refer to the evaluating quantity of automobile and motorcycle's characteristic, the method of random input running test motorcycle ride comfort is confirmed. And base on the above sides, the evaluating system of motorcycle ride comfort is accidence putted forward. The factor which affect motorcycle ride comfort are researched and simulated based on the dynamic model.By analyzing the result, several problems lying the structure design are found, all these would provide the basis for structure design. In addition, some advices of structure design are put forward. Proved that the dynamic model accord with the fact and be able to simulate and research motorcycle characteristics using the dynamic model, and we draw a count conclusion. At the same time, the analysis also proved that the evaluating index is correct. So that the method of analysis and design motorcycle ride comfort are put forward which offer a reference means of analysis for motorcycle.
