Water resources reasonable disposition research is one of hot points of present water scientific research, can not still meet the requirement of practice for the knowledge of complex water resources system and the method of describing and other theoretical research. This paper has studied complex systematic water resources dynamics feature, water resources and hydrology water resources essential factor, and water resources reasonable disposition etc systematically. Therefore, the theory and method of complex systematic water dynamics feature analysis, water resources and hydrology essential factor foresee model, the theory and method of complex systematic water resources disposition, the couple technology and model of water resources disposition optimization and simulation model are studied, which are applied in reasonable water resources disposition of the Henan province water receive area of mid-line water transfer from south to north. The major accomplishments are as follows:(1)The theory of the dynamics feature analysis of complex systematic water is perfected, and the chaos phenomenon of water resources system is discussed with the chaos theory and phase space reconstruction technology. Then, water resources systematic dynamics feature definite parameters, i.e. Hurst index, Kolmogorov entropy,and correlation dimension. The dynamics feature of atmospheric precipitation subsystem, the water subsystem of the face of land, shallow-layer underground water and deep layer underground water subsystem have been studied systematically with a case study of the Henan province water receive area of mid-line water transfer from south to north. And then the fractal characteristics, complex level, evaluative rules, dynamics feature index, and qualitative relationship with boiler circulation of each subsystem are given.(2)The phase space reconstruction nerve network forecast model, 1st-order weighted department region multistep forecast model and partial least square method nerve network forecast model for water resources and hydrology essential factor foresee are built, which are used in the water resources and hydrology essential factor foresee of the Henan province water receive area of mid-line water transfer fromsouth to north and gotten satisfaction result.(3)The theory of the complex systematic water resources reasonable disposition is perfected. With the corporation of big system decompose and coordination theory and genetic algorithm, the complex systematic water resources with multi-source, multi-user and multi-purpose reasonable disposition model is solved better. Aimed at the task, principle and goal of water resources reasonable disposition, the advantage and disadvantage of simulation model and optimization model is studied. And the couple technology and model of water resources disposition optimization and simulation model are made. Through the feedback and adjustment between optimization and simulation model, the water resources reasonable disposition scheme for different year and frequency condition has gotten finally.(4)The theories and methods of the complex systematic water resources reasonable disposition made by this paper are applied in reasonable water resources disposition of the Henan province water receive area of mid-line water transfer from south to north. With the couple of water resources disposition optimization and simulation model, the model system surmounted distortion caused by excess general and the accomplishment certificate defection. And the application of the couple of water resources disposition optimization and simulation model, time and space are coupled better in water resources reasonable disposition, which can get the disposition result suited with fact and operational. The couple model system describes complex problem truer, flexible, simple and modify easily, and easy to analysis in program, which is a research direction in the future of water resources disposition. |
