| As economy grows by leaps and bounds, the relative lack of water resources has already become one of the main factors that restrain regional economy development. Study on water resources reasonable distribution will not only lessen water-supply pressure and reach the best social effects and economic benefits, but also realize the economic sustainable development with reliable water resources.Based on the present condition and the analysis of water resources system in Hanzhong, the developing trends of macro-economy system in Hanzhong city and water demand in different year at living, industry, agriculture, ecological environment these four aspects are anticipated in this paper, it can be used for the supply and demand balance calculation of water resources afterwards.This paper closely combines the reasonable distribution of water resources with macroeconomic development and ecological environmental protection, moreover guiding by sustainable development opinions and systematic project thoughts, a integrated model system which concludes multi-objective model, macroeconomic model, optimization and simulation water system model is presented By means of the methods which integrates optimization with simulation and quantitative with qualitative, these models are solved by using GAMS. The results show that the mathematical model and solution technique are available; it can be used to assistant making decision.In addition, the basic frame of water resources DSS of Hanzhong city is developed in this paper. |
