At present, the CAD technique has been got different application and popularization in the design organization or the manufacturing factory of the port machinery. And the several of application software are used to settle the problems of the design calculation, the finite element analysis and the automatic drawing. In the port-mechanical factory of the better CAD technique foundation, on the foundation of the popularization of CAD technique, they have planed with combination such as CAPP, CAM and CAD technique etc, and developed to the computer integrated manufacturing (CIM), and make production and management realize automation, networkization, intelligenceization and integrationization. The port-mechanical CAD software obtained certain achievements in the course of really application and development, but owing to the confinement of technique condition on the development and environment, they exist many problems to remain the settlement.On base of concurrent design theory, method and technique, this thesis studies the "application and research of the pivotal technique on component-based concurrent development (CBCD) for mechanical CAD", combines with the development of tire elevator intelligence CAD / CAM system, puts forward the system frame of the concurrent design and development on the based component, and researches their pivotal technique. In accordance with the feature of port machine design, the thesis inquires how to develop the software of the design course management and support concurrent design under the microcomputer environment. Using the concurrent design thought, and the management problem of design course can duly be discovery, the aim can be achieve as soon as possible that the conflict is solve ahead of schedule.The whole article divides altogether eight chapters. The first chapter is the introduction, it outlines and summarizes the present condition of the mechanical design of home and abroad, and points out that the component design technique is an important milestone on the recall of CAD development history, and puts forward the aim and discusses the significance of this subject.In second chapter it is analyzed for the research present condition of concurrent design completely about the component software on home and abroad, it is put forward for the control tactics of the development concurrent suiting mechanical CAD. The principle and theory of concurrent design is detailedly discussed, the model method is built. And it puts forward a kind of the implementation course and the system structure suiting the mechanical CAD that the system is concurrently developed on the foundation existing to concurrent design and the model study at present. Leading the component software technique in the concurrent development, and establishing the system structure on the concurrent design, the component software is supported; the reuse problem of the software product is solved at the focal point.The third chapter expounds the software development theory and realization method based on component, analyzes the pivotal technique that the CAD system development based on component, and discusses the effect of the component-bank management system. In the thesis the innovation significance depends on the component software parameterization that the mechanical CAD system has been realized. And it clearly and definitely points out the basic problem in the mechanical design software, based on the component development no exception also.After the summary of the product design and model building, the 4th chapter puts forward to the compound model supporting CAD concurrent design, and goes on its formulation description. This product model is the important theory foundation of CAD system and the focus of the thesis. The thesis combines organically with concurrent design theory of software development method and mechanical product, and expresses the design intention by the component object, and will integrally restrict the unified component object model, and develop the component CAD system by object...
