Researches On The Problems Of Planning Construct And The Stratagem Adjustment On Present "University City"

With the increasing of Chinese educational resources ,university cities become a hot point in the planning of many cities since 1990's period end. Because of lack of scientific guides,university city developing leads to some aimlessness.Thus causes problems arising such as exploiting ,land use and space mode of university cities,which result in the waste of large quantity of land and the disadvantage of the further progress of higher education and urban construct.So, it is an impending issue to university city which can tally with the further advance of the sustainable development.In view of these facts,firstly ,this paper describles the concept, character, correlative planning develop and construct theories of university city and summarizes the general rules of university city abroad.Secondly, focusing on the practice of university cities home, this paper confers priority the stratagem adjustment and relative measures of university cities after the formation mechanisms, active meaning and major problems of domestic university cities are studied respectively.Eventually, this paper summarizes the lessons of university cities home. It is pointed out that the core of university city development should place importance on the university essence,which is unified quality and quantity ,no being mode which is used to exploit economy development areas.
