The theodolite widely fixed on modern shooting rang have two forms: one form is fixation, the other is movement. The form of fixation stand is adopted in shooting range of our country, the theodolite is built on immovable ground, the driving error of theodolite is very little and the measurement precision is high. But the singular fixed stand can not meet the need of modern equipment, high precision, and far shooting distance . However, the movement stand has good qualities above, which executes tasks conveniently and agility. So the vehicle plane of the theodolite is a key, whose distortion and dynamic stability affect the measurement precision of the theodolite.In order to study theodolite working precision affected by vehicle plane, a set of non-contact measurement system is designed for measuring error of vehicle plane, which measure the error of vehicle plane real-timely. A CCD camera receives the image returning from the plane reflector in measurement system, the gather card gathers video signal real-time, the video frequency process system is used to process the image, the distortion valueΔx,Δy of X, Y direction is obtained. The experiment data of the vehicle plane's distortion is processed by the method of least squares and orthogonal multinomial carries. The fitted curves of the vehicle plane's distortion with the speed and the acceleration of the theodolite are drawn up. Then, the mathematical model of the vehicle plane's distortion with the acceleration of the theodolite is established.The experiments had been carried on using the measurement system on GJ-1101 and 150 (regeneration)theodolite, and the analysis had been done for the vehicle plane's distortion in the sine guidance, the constant speed guidance, the windy load as well as a human taking a walk. The result indicates that when sine guidance speed change from 5°~60°/s, the distortion increases along with increasing of the guidance speed, also the speed and the acceleration of the position have more affects to the distortion, the biggest distortion is 12.57 ", but the height speed and the acceleration have very small affect to the distortion; When constant speed guidance, the distortion of...
