This dissertation focuses on the production planning and control system of dispersed enterprises for the agile manufacturing environment and a general reconstructable holonic production planning and control system (GR-HPPCS) is put forward. An extensive study on the system's crucial technologies is carried out.1.A general reconstructable holonic production planning and control system frame based on PROSA is proposed, and a new production planning and control holarchy is developed not only with independence and collaboration but also with self-comparability and flexibility. Meanwhile, basic functions of the holons and operation mode of the system are described.2.Aimed at the problems on how to organize production planning information, an UML-XML integrated modeling method is established, in which an unified information model is constructed based on UML for users and an rough data model is described based on XML for realization. The approach eliminates information distortion.3.Aimed at the distributed decision-making process of production planning based on negotiation, the problems about priority of orders, order/task decomposition, order/task allocation etc are developed. Moreover, aimed at conflicts which occur in the process, an improved contract net protocol and some negotiation-based strategies are presented.4.The order-driven information sharing and tracking mechanism is introduced based on a new transparent information channel through which users can rapidly and facilely get related-information to examining production process, and finally a calculating method of order rate of process is designed.5.Aimed at the changes of orders and manufacturing resources during production process, two kind of dynamic reactive scheduling algorithms are designed, and which only modify part of the originally created schedule for improving the scheduling efficiency.6.A framework for system integration based CORBA and Web is built and the communication interfaces between holons are discussed.
