| For solving the discrete manufacturing workshop bottleneck dynamic shifting problem,carrying out the study of discrete manufacturing workshop production logistics bottleneck intelligent controlling based on Holon,the research includes the Holon manufacturing system architecture model,improves contract net protocol negotiation mechanism and establishes control strategy based on Holon bottlenecks,specific research work is as follows:(1)Describing the background and significance of paper,summarizing the Holon manufacturing systems,the bottleneck identification,shifting and controlling related research present situation,the research contents and technical route are given.(2)Describing the dynamic scheduling and production logistics bottleneck relevant theoretical basis.The shifting,mechanism and control strategy of production logistics bottleneck are introducing in detail,summarizing the theory of dynamic scheduling,laid a basic theory for related research.(3)Establishing the Holon manufacturing system architecture.It includes describing the classic PROSA reference architecture system,summarizing the characteristics of Holon manufacturing system,giving the system structure design principles,establishing the Holon relationship model between the basic units,and normalizing description of Holon manufacturing system,through improved contract net protocol to establish the consultation mechanism between the Holon.(4)The control strategy of bottleneck based on Holon is presented.Discrete manufacturing plant bottleneck problem model is set up,objective function is given,and through giving improved bottleneck of control chart,SPC prediction model based on Holon and the bottleneck is established,the control model of bottleneck based on Holon is established,and giving the autonomous negotiation control strategy based on predictive bottleneck and workshop algorithm bottleneck control strategy based on unpredictable.(5)Through the case study to verify the effectiveness of the bottleneck control strategy based on Holon.Through the case simulates predictable bottleneck of forecasting process,consultation controlling process,and unpredictable bottleneck scheduling control process,through comparing makespan and equipment load to verify the effectiveness of the proposed control strategy. |
