With the forming of the global market and the rapid development of information, communication, biology and material, great changes have taken place in manufacturing externals. Quick delivery and rapid responds to market have been the key to market competition. In order to meet intending challenge, many scholars have put forward various product developing strategies, management modes and advanced manufacture technologies. They all take agile manufacture as the kernel ofmanufacture, and the aim is to improve product quality, short product development period, reduce the cost of goods and protect ecological environment. They regard making resource (include knowledge, products model) rational distribution and circulation to utilize as an important way to realize the goal. So modelling the reusable integration product model is becoming desiderative, and it is need to carry on the uniform definition and description of integration product model, and to establish the integrity, the highly consistent integration product information, to realize the reuse and sharing of integrated product model in product life-cycle.This thesis has thoroughly studied the structure and meaning of integration product model, the modeling theory and method and the key techniques of integrated product information model reuse. It has been applied to the research and the development of "The reusable design theory and the method research based on the integrated productmodel"------the National Natural Science Foundation (50375161) and "The intelligentdevelopment technical research of motorcycle products"------Chongqing science andtechnology key project (7823-10). The main contents are the following:â‘  On the basis of analyzing and summarizing the result of integration product model, integration product model connotation has been systematically studied, it has been expanded that the product information extension, and the motorcycle product performance information that take the motorcycle vibration performance information as an example has been established.â‘¡ The thought of ontology is used to conduct the integration product model research, it described the concept of ontology; The two axes of ontology is put forward, the Y portal frame construction of ontology is established, the detailed structures of two axes is specially described; and the thesis discusse the structure system of axes based on the granularity axes.â‘¢ The definition of integration product model reuse technology is bring forward; the definition of integration product model reusability is proposed; the system constitute of integration product model reusability is analyzed; this thesis analyses the correlation technical domain of integration product model reusability and key aspect, and study the reuse way and method of integrated product model.â‘£ The design general task model and the frame construction of integration product model reuse system are expatiated in detail; According to product information concept, product information content and the motorcycle product vibration performance information, this thesis has set up "the platform of motorcycle intelligence design anddevelopment"------ the prototype system of motorcycle integration product modelmodeling and reuse, which takes integrated product modeling tool ontology, the reuse research of the integrated product information model and product information model revision research and so on as tools. This platform altogether divides into the expert system, the product part parameterization design and the assembly system, the product performance analysis system, the product project database management system and the servo system and so on several parts.
