In recent years, some western developed countries ,for example USA first, turned exact control and guide weapon into the out-defence area and middle and long-distance precision-beating weapon with the unceasing develop of the exact control and guide and the change of the campaign manner. High-power laser opposed weapon system not only enable our existing laser opposed equipment disturb distance to improve greatly but also effectively oppose middle and long distance exact beating weapon—a new strong anti-jamming ability of the new infrared focal plane imaging parts. In high-power laser opposed weapon system, APT takes a rather important role. The difference from general photo electricity measurement: it not only tracks the moving targets in the set field of view but also will lock the beam on the certain point of the target. In general, it will track targets in the precision that is less than 1/3~1/5 of the expanded laser beam. In so high precision, atmospheric overfall , groundstill libration etc is not ignorable. Big inertia single-axis gimbal of the general photo electricity measurement is impossibale to have enough bandwith to adjust it because of the limit of structural resonance frequency. So the composite axis control is introduced. Namely, adopting high-resonance frequency multi-axis system included the coarse tracking and the exact tracking to realize high precision tracking. At first, the principle of the compound-axis was put forward and the tracking precision and the stability were analyzed. This paper studied the relations between the bandwidth and the tracking capability deeply and performed many experiments and emulates. The results demonstrate the validity of the compound-axis control improving the tracking precision of O-E tracking and bandwidth. The research and application of the new driver. The rotary voice coil actuator is adopted and bears a little initial, big torque, big distance, quick respond. In the most important, the rotary voice coil and the raster rule tie better in and get more effective travel of raster rule. The research and application of the new and high precision position measure component. The measure means of the raster rule enable system structure more compact, greatly reduce the inertia and volume and the friction and improve resonant-frequency and quick respond. The emulate and experiment based on the analyzed theories got the anticipative results. The next work is to apply these results to the servo system of high-power laser opposed weapon system.
