Currently railway construction projects are in the height of the construction, theenvironmental problems of construction period has caused widespread concern in thecommunity. Adhere to principle of the railway line simultaneous development andenvironmental protection, many environmental protection measures are taken,however, environmental impact issues are hard to control during process of railwayconstruction. And railway construction projects at home and abroad rarelyenvironmental management targeted at railway construction phase, based onqualitative research, the lack of quantitative research. Finally, ensure efficient implementation of the environmental management system during the construction of the railway,according to the evaluation results obtained important factor which affect theenvironment, optimize the environmental management system and improve thefacilities management of the means of implementation. By taking certain safeguardsto ensure that the environmental management system as s effective role in theenvironment, and take preventive measures for the environmental issues.
