OEM's engender and popularization is advanced by the trend of manufacture globalization, and impacted the traditional industry of our country. The research of primary technologies supporting the product development in OEM environment has important signification for developing our manufacture industry vigorously. The three topics emphasized in this paper are dynamic enterprise simulation modeling, product configuration management and standardization of coding, the architecture and security of collaborative design groundwork in network.The differential enterprise model has significant influence for the success of product development. The important factors of the DESM's successful implement in OEM environment are how apply the extended enterprise simulation modeling considering the provider, and how represent the more prominent station of the provider in modern motorcycle manufacture. In this paper, the background and the characteristics of DESM is expatiated. The theory and method of enterprise modeling is concluded from the point of view of a designer. The process of employing DESM is taking apart with regarding a motorcycle manufactory as a example. The functional model and the primary business flow are designed, and the control policy integrating MRP II and JIT is adopted that is established in the contrast and analyze. At the same time, the 'pull' technique in traditional JIT is improved to 'push' mode with a new 'kanban' in the management of produce cell, consequently the dynamic enterprise operation and management is achieved in deedThe reasonable product configuration is key to successful development, and is primary technique to improving the efficiency in OEM environment and reducing the cost, while the standardization management of accessories and components is main problem to be solved. Thereby the shortage of existing coding system is solved gratifyingly, and a powerful technical guarantee is supplied for manual mode changing into computer-aided interactive mode. The development method and network security of collaborative design flat based on web are noticed in this paper. The develop policy combined prototype method and object-oriented technique and a work frame are established with emphasizing its security.
