Research On Product Structure And Configuration Management And The Application In Aircraft Cooperative Design

In order to respond the rapid change of global market and develop high quality product in short time, it's more and more important to use cooperative design method in enterprise. It can solve many difficulties in aircraft design because of different time and place.Product data management (PDM) is the supported environment in enterprise that can manage all information and all process in the product lifecycle. Product structure and configuration management (PSCM) was researched in the PDM system that supported cooperative design. By analysis the requirement of computer supported cooperative design (CSCD), the relative system structure was designed and the model of PSCM was built. In this thesis, Decision table was used and the module of Product Structure Management and Product Configuration Management had been realized. At last, the PDM system was applied in the aircraft cooperative design as the supported information platform to realize CSCD, which will enhance communicate between designers, short design time and improve product quality etc.
