The Theory And Evaluation Of Urban Residential District Sustainable Development

Urban residential district is a basic component unit of city,the sustainable development of urban residential district is a important part of urban sustainable development. Compaired with single building, urban residential district affects the sustainable and healthy development of urban more directly.The paper analyses the problems of urban residential district nowadays and presents future development directions of it through combination of demonstration research and theoretical research,according to the mode of discover problems to analysis problems and to solving problems.The main concents of this paper includes three parts:The first section analyses the origin,development and extinction of residential district in the western countries and it's background ,introduces the theory and practice of foreign urban community and two Rating Systems which include LEED for Neighborhood Development and BREEAM Communities.The second section includes induction and summarization of theoretical research and construction example of urban residential district in our country,and points out existent insufficiency of it, this section puts forward the viewpoint that solve these urban problems is the key to urban residential district sustainable development.The third section select Tianjin as research and investigation object, introduces the development direction in the future and problem of Tianjin residential district at present through analysis typical examples.This section introduces evaluation methods of sustainable development at present and comparative analysis of urban residential district sustainable development assessment systems at home and abroad. Keeping on the footing of urban system,the paper proposes evaluative index system construction of urban residential district sustainable development in our country based on environmental sustainable development,social sustainable development and economic sustainable development , and take Tianjing as a example constitutes urban residential district sustainable development standard and score table.
