In recent years, the rapid development of highway construction, with highway mileage, especially highway mileage increases, the road maintenance and management after completion of the workload have also increased rapidly, which made the highway detection level need the higher requirements. The traditional testing methods need long time, cost labor intensity, and speed is low, usually only to complete a single target detection, even if have the ability to detect multiple targets only independent testing, they can not analyze the relationship between the various indexes. Therefore, the quality of the rapid detection of road surface to gain accurate, complete and efficient test data for road maintenance and management is the direction of road testing. So advanced and efficient development road testing equipment is especially important on the obvious.In this paper, established a three-dimensional coordinates of the road shape, through the analysis of three-dimensional shapes can conclude that it can be expressed as the superposition of the road cross section and longitudinal section. Established a three-dimensional reconstruction of the road model based on the surface coordinates, by analyzing the cross section of the road as long as the detection of two vertical sections at least be able to complete the three-dimensional reconstruction of the road.Established a three-dimensional surface detection error model, and analyze the vehicle's vertical vibration, pitch vibration, yaw vibration and the number of laser beam to the impact on the detection accuracy. Concluded that vertical vibration test results in the section added in a constant, while the pitch and yaw vibration greater impact on the test results, laser beam in the number of less or more or obvious when the vibration the test results are not credible. Though the error analysis proposed the three-dimensional surface detection correction method, this method can significantly improve the detection accuracy of the road.Longitudinal section in the road test, in order to achieve full-band detection of longitudinal pavement, made use of small wavelength and large wavelength detection, through information fusion achieved full-band detection of longitudinal pavement. In the longitudinal analysis of small-wavelength detection of the longitudinal inertial reference-based detection limitations, established the error model of Inertial vertical section. Adaptive Kalman filtering and based on the frequency, time domain hybrid integration of dynamic displacement measurement, achieved the exact road longitudinal small wavelength detection.In order to solve the inertial longitudinal detection by checking speed limits, use of benchmarks based on the principle of non-inertial vertical section passing detection theory, and using array signal processing and wavelet-based noise reduction methods to achieve arbitrary speeds of vertical section of small wavelength detection.Longitudinal section in the road with a large wavelength detection of GPS elevation data and attitude meter elevation data fusion approach to achieve accurate detection of large wavelengths.In the cross-sectional test, the proposed alignment based on symmetric multi-laser cross-section detection method. Through the multiple sensor detection principles of cross-sectional test of the error analysis, establish a road test of the error model cross-sectional. Concluded that cross-section of the test errors caused by sampling points do not coincide random error and the sensor accuracy is limited due to system error and proposed symmetrical cross-section line laser detection technology, using the technology to achieve accurate detection of the road cross section.Get the two vertical section near the test track and multiple cross-sectional after linear calibration, and the road mileage are mapped to a unified three-dimensional coordinates, use Interpolation based Catmull_Rom and non-uniform B-spline surface fitting method and the road surface texture mapping technology to achieve the three-dimensional reconstruction of the road, And establish a database link the three-dimensional reconstruction of the road and specific database information, From this database, not only to know any mileage of rut depth, international roughness index and the individual indicators such as pavement texture, but also the overall visual evaluation of pavement quality, simultaneously, can see each individual index correlation. Truly realize the three-dimensional detection of the pavement. Use the above-mentioned detection technology developed a corresponding special purpose vehicle detection, completed test vehicle design and testing of modified vehicle inspection system hardware and software design. Through this special purpose vehicle detection achieved rapid detection of road surface three-dimensional shape.
