Research On The Problems And Countermeasures Of Blood Resource Management In Blood Stations In City

Since the implementation of the Blood Donation Law of the People’s Republic of China in 1998,the cause of voluntary blood donation in China has been on the rise,with the blood donation volume and the number of blood donors on the whole showing a rising trend.The work of voluntary blood donation has made great progress,realizing that all blood for clinical use comes from voluntary blood donation.However,with the continuous promotion of healthy China strategy and the continuous improvement of medical security level,China’s blood supply is still facing challenges,blood safety risks remain.How to fully mobilize blood resources in the region,alleviate the contradiction between blood supply and demand and improve blood safety is a common problem we face.Therefore,it is of great significance to further strengthen blood resource management in order to provide more sufficient blood for clinical use and ensure blood safety to the greatest extent.From the perspective of the discipline of public management,based on the actual situation of blood resource management in C city blood station,this paper constantly explores ways to improve blood resource management.This paper uses literature research method,case analysis method and questionnaire method,defines the key concepts of blood bank,blood safety and blood resource management,draws on the key theories represented by public product theory,resource allocation theory and inventory management theory,combs out the current situation of blood resource management,summarizes the problems of blood resource management in blood safety,blood allocation,blood emergency management,blood supply and demand,analyzes the causes,and explores the countermeasures and suggestions to improve blood resource management.The paper is divided into six parts.The first part is the introduction,which introduces the background and significance of the research of this paper,reviews the research status of blood resource management on domestic and overseas,and introduces the research ideas and methods,research content and innovations of this paper.The second part introduces the related fundamental concepts and theoretical basis,defines the core concepts of blood stations,blood safety and blood resource management,explains the connotation and application of public goods theory,resource allocation theory and inventory management theory.The third part introduces the current situation of blood resource management in C city blood station,summarizes the content,mode and effectiveness of blood resource management.The forth part summarizes the existing problems and causes of blood resource management in C city blood station,the existing problems and causes of blood resource management in C city blood station are deeply explored mainly through the collation and analysis of the questionnaire,starting from the four dimensions of blood safety,blood allocation,blood emergency management and blood supply and demand.The fifth part puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions for strengthening blood resource management from four aspects:gradually improving blood safety;strengthening the management of blood allocation;improving the blood resources emergency support system and alleviating the contradiction between blood supply and demand.The sixth part is the research conclusions and prospects of the paper,summarizes the research results,puts forward the prospect of the future research direction.
