The Study On Blood Supply Management Of Wenzhou Central Blood Station

Since the new period,with the improvement of medical technology,continuous improvement of the health care system,the ascension of people’s living standards and the increasing emphasis on life and health,we enhance the blood supply management,improve the capacity building of blood collection and supply and construct the blood collection and supply service system which should ensure blood supply and blood quality.It is an extremely important system engineering of maintaining social stability and guaranteeing the safety of the masses.Blood stations are China’s only blood collection institutions,so strengthening the blood supply management becomes an imminent important research topic.According to the author’s more than four years’ work experience in the Wenzhou Center Blood Station,this paper investigates the status of Wenzhou Center Blood Station’s blood supply,including blood collection situation,clinical blood situation,blood quality testing,human resource and facility allocation.Combined with SWOT analysis,the Blood has the following strengths: blood nucleic acid detection work which carries out smoothly,high level’s staff structure,weakness: inadequate human resources allocation,significant lagging blood donation facilities,opportunities;the geopolitical economy which has a major opportunity,information construction achieving new breakthroughs,threats;more prominent blood supply and demand contradiction,blood emergency support capacity which is facing the test.Using the supply side theory,social marketing theory and human resource management theory,the paper explores the main line of blood supply management in Wenzhou Central Blood Station as follows: introducing social marketing donation;establishing dynamic management of blood inventory;improving assessment mechanism about the using plan of blood and strengthening clinical management of blood;improving the emergency protection system and blood linkage mechanism;improving the level of human resources management which would protect the capacity building of blood collection and supply.Through the above pathways,we expect to meet the needs of clinical blood and achieve the goal of reasonable using of blood and to protect Wenzhou’s blood work smoothly.
