| Purpose: Based on the ancient medical records of traditional Chinese medicine,this paper explores the prescriptions and traditional Chinese medicines for treating headache and dizziness related to hypertension in the medical records before the Republic of China,summarizes the application rules of prescriptions and medicines,and refines the core prescriptions and medicines,so as to provide some reference for the clinical treatment of modern hypertension.Methods: Consult the medical records about hypertension before the Republic of China,and consult the ancient literature about headache and dizziness related to hypertension on the principle of active flow,and sort out,summarize and analyze them.Taking "acrodynia","brow bone pain","brain wind","brain pain","first wind","head wind","headache","head rotation","dizziness" and "favoritism" as the search terms,we searched the database of Chinese medical records.And the prescriptions and drugs are classified and summarized.Strictly stipulate the standard of medical record prescription,establish a database,analyze the frequency of drugs used in prescriptions and the frequency of drug taste and meridian tropism by using the auxiliary platform of traditional Chinese medicine inheritance v2.5,and analyze the drug association rules and clustering methods.Results: Through data sorting,775 prescriptions for headache and dizziness were obtained,involving 109 medical records and 479 Chinese medicines,and the frequency of drug use reached 7963 times,because the prescriptions involved are basically self-made,the prescriptions are not analyzed.1.Statistics of medical records: Zhang Yuqing’s medical records appear the most frequently,followed by the medical records of continuing doctors and clinical guides.Mainly in the Qing dynasty medical records.2.Drug frequency: The drugs with the frequency of ≧40 in descending order are Poria,Radix Paeoniae Alba,Rhizoma Pinelliae,Flos Chrysanthemi,Pericarpium Citri Tangerinae,Radix Angelicae Sinensis,Radix Glycyrrhizae,Poria,Atractylodis Rhizoma,Concha Haliotidis,Cortex Moutan,Rhizoma Gastrodiae,Radix Rehmanniae,Tribulus terrestris,Uncaria,Ginseng,Oyster,Radix Rehmanniae Preparata,Radix Ophiopogonis,Caulis Bambusae,etc.3.Four-qi and Five-flavor frequency of drugs: finally,it is concluded that the frequency of using four-qi drugs from high to low is warm drugs,cold drugs,flat drugs,cool drugs and hot drugs.The frequency of use of the five drugs from high to low is sweet,bitter,pungent,salty,sour and astringent.4.Frequency of drug meridian tropism: The drug meridian tropism is arranged in descending order of frequency of use: liver meridian,spleen meridian,lung meridian,kidney meridian,heart meridian,stomach meridian,gallbladder meridian,large intestine meridian,bladder meridian,small intestine meridian,pericardium meridian and triple energizer meridian.5.Drug association rules: Set the number of support to 50 and the confidence to 0.6,and get54 pairs of drug compatibility combinations with frequency ≥ 50,with 15 association rules.Poria,Gastrodia elata-> Pinellia ternata,Alisma orientalis-> Poria,Pinellia ternata,Atractylodes macrocephala-> Poria,Orange-> Pinellia ternata,Yam-> Rehmannia glutinosa,Pericarpium Citri Tangerinae,Poria-> Pinellia ternata,Ziziphus Spinosae Semen-> Poria,Gastrodia elata-> Pinellia ternata are common combinations.6.Drug cluster analysis: 14 groups of core drug combinations and 7 groups of new prescription combinations were obtained by cluster analysis.Conclusion:From ancient medical records,we can see that doctors often use warm drugs to nourish liver and kidney,strengthen spleen and eliminate phlegm,invigorate qi and nourish blood,and use cold drugs to clear liver and purge fire and calm liver yang when treating hypertension.There is a certain regularity in the prescription of ancient medical records about hypertension.According to the analysis of literature data,more objective and quantitative results can be obtained,which can provide some reference for the clinical research of hypertension. |
