Research Of The Prescription And Medication Rules Of Ancient Doctors In The Treatment Of Hematochezia Based On Data Mining

Objective:Through data mining of medical records,to explore the prescription and medication regular pattern of ancient doctors in the treatment of hematochezia.To provide reference for the treatment of hematochezia.Methods:Search the Chinese medical dictionary,select the qualified prescriptions,extract the prescription information,and use Excel 2019 to establish the original database for frequency analysis.According to the medical records and drug information,the prescriptions were classified.By using Spss Statistical 22.0 and Spss Modeler 18.1,respectively,analysis came out.The correlation results were visualized with Cytoscape 3.7.2.Result:1.This study collected 472 prescriptions from 68 prescriptions,covering the period from pre Qin to the Republic of China,involving 277 kinds of traditional Chinese medicine,with 4261 times of occurrence.2.Frequency statistics:the first 15 high-frequency drugs were Angelica sinensis(240 times),Glycyrrhiza uralensis(185 times),Atractylodes macrocephala(168 times),radix paeoniae alba(132 times),Poria Cocos(126 times),Radix sanguisorbae(119 times),Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae(108 times),radix astragali(97 times),ginseng(86 times),Radix Rehmanniae(86 times),cortex moutan(86 times),Radix Scutellariae(84 times),Sophorae(83 times),Radix Rehmanniae(83 times),Rhizoma Coptidis(82 times).In terms of nature and taste,warm medicine and cold medicine were the main drugs,followed by mild medicine,accounting for 90.32%of the total,while cold medicine and hot medicine were rarely used.The main flavor was sweet,bitter and pungent,accounting for 80.54%of the total,followed by astringent drugs and sour drugs,light drugs were less used.In the aspect of meridian tropism,the drugs were mainly used in the meridians of spleen,liver,stomach,lung,kidney,heart and large intestine,accounting for 91.44%.The distribution of syndrome types was intestinal damp heat syndrome(244 times),Qi deficiency syndrome(131 times),spleen stomach deficiency cold syndrome(81 times),blood stasis syndrome(16 times).3.The commonly used drugs of intestinal damp heat syndrome were Angelica sinensis(119 times),Sanguisorba officinalis(90 times),cortex moutan(73 times);7 groups of strongly related drug pairs,6 groups of core drug pairs,and 3 groups of cluster drugs:C1 Coptis baicalensis radix rehmanniae,C2 Schizonepeta tenuifolia Fructus aurantii sophorae flower Sophorae angle Platycladus orientalis,C3 Poria cocos Atractylodis macrocephala rhizome Gancao Baishao.4.The commonly used drugs of qi deficiency syndrome were Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae(96 times),Radix Glycyrrhizae(82 times)and Radix Angelicae Sinensis(77 times);10 groups of strongly related drug pairs were obtained;7 groups of core drug pairs were obtained;3 groups of cluster drugs were:C1 Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae Radix Glycyrrhizae ginseng Poria cocos,C2 Cimicifuga Radix Bupleuri jujube ginger dangshen Radix Rehmanniae tangerine peel Astragalus,C3 Radix Angelicae Sinensis Radix Paeoniae Alba.5.The commonly used drugs of spleen stomach deficiency cold syndrome were Fuzi(42 times),Angelica(39 times),Glycyrrhiza(37 times)and so on,which were divided into 6 groups;8 core drug pairs were divided into 5 groups:C1 Fuzi,C2 angelica,C3 Atractylodes macrocephala Radix Paeoniae Radix Glycyrrhizae,C4 processed ginger ginseng tangerine peel Poria cocos Atractylodes Rhizoma,C5 Ejiao zaoxintu Radix Rehmanniae Radix Astragali Rhizoma.6.The commonly used drugs of blood stasis syndrome were Salvia miltiorrhiza(13 times),peach kernel(11 times)and wulingzhi(8 times).Conclusion:According to the results of data mining,the medication rules of ancient doctors in the treatment of hematochezia were summarized as follows1.In the treatment of hematochezia,it is not necessary to use astringent products,especially for those with blood stasis and evil excess,in order to prevent the disadvantages of blood stasis and evil,we should pay attention to both qi and blood,yin and Yang,and identify the essence of the disease by combining pulse and syndrome.2.Since the Yuan Dynasty,charcoal drugs have been widely used in the treatment of hematochezia.3.Medication rule:Huaijiao pill,Huaihua powder and Diyu powder are commonly used in the treatment of intestinal damp heat syndrome.Large intestine damp fire is not clear.It is true evil,young and strong,so it is better to use bitter cold drugs.The patient’s condition,age and constitution should be fully considered when using them.Buzhong Yiqi Decoction and Guipi Decoction are often used for Qi deficiency syndrome,while Huangtu decoction is often used for spleen stomach deficiency syndrome.It can be seen that the key to the treatment of asthenia and hematochezia lies in spleen,while healthy spleen can stop hematochezia.Both of them attach importance to the compatibility of Shengyang Xinsan.Taoren Chengqi Decoction and Taohong Siwu Decoction are often used to treat internal stasis syndrome of blood stasis.The treatment focuses on removing blood stasis and generating new blood.It emphasizes the interval administration of Huayu and Jianpi Liqi agent.It can regulate and remove blood stasis at the same time to prevent excessive medication.Nourishing yin and blood,strengthening spleen and Qi,promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis,and promoting diuresis and dampness run through all stages of hematochezia treatment.
