Based On Data Mining And Analysis Of Ancient Literature On The Rule Of Medication For Eczema

Purpose:Through data mining,this paper analyzed the medication characteristics and prescription rules of ancient Chinese medicine literature in the treatment of eczema,so as to provide references for clinical treatment of eczema,and to explore new treatment ideas.Methods::With the Chinese medical code as the retrieval tool,the medical cases and medical words of oral Chinese medicine decoction for eczema from the han dynasty to the qing dynasty were searched,and the retrieved formulas were entered into the "traditional Chinese medicine inheritance assistance platform software".The frequency of medication for eczema and the nature and taste of the drugs were statistically analyzed,and new prescriptions were generated on this basis.Results:Through the analysis of 103 prescriptions and 198 traditional Chinese medicines,the ten drugs with the highest frequency of eczema use were licorice root,angelica sinensis,scutellaria baicalensis,radix rehmanniae rehmanniae,parsnips,paeony root,poria,forsythia,gardenia,rhubarb.Cold and warm drugs were mainly used to treat eczema.Five to the sweet,bitter,bitter taste of the most common drugs;It mainly belongs to liver meridian,spleen meridian,lung meridian and stomach meridian.Using "the law of the formula analysis" section,forming common medicine for 25 group,which USES frequency higher than twenty eight groups: licorice,Chinese angelica,radix scutellariae,radix glycyrrhizae,radix rehmanniae,radix glycyrrhizae,radix rehmanniae,angelica,angelica,radix paeoniae alba,licorice,windproof,gardenia,licorice,licorice,radix paeoniae alba;6 core combinations:linseed,anemarrhena rhizome,mutong,forsythia forsythiae,scutellaria baicalensis,poria,cypress,atractylodes atractylodes,achyranthes bidentata,sophora flavescens,Chinese mustard,fructus chaulensis,forsythia forsythia,scutellaria baicalensis,fructus gardeniae,fructus achyranthes,wolfberry,eucommia ulmi;Based on the unsupervised entropy hierarchical clustering method,three new formulae were obtained,and the new formulae were1: linseed,anemarrhena rhizome,radix aconiti,radix sophorae sophora,Chinese mustard and chaulanzi.2: forsythia,scutellaria,poria cocos,gardenia;New recipe 3: cypress,atractylodes atractylodes,achyranthes,medlar,eucommia ulmi.Conclusion:1.Ancient doctors from the liver and spleen to treat eczema,to clear the liver and gallbladder dampness and heat,spleen and dampness,nourishing blood soft liver,dry and itching as the main treatment.2.It mainly USES bitter and cold drugs to clear heat and damp,together with sweet and warm drugs to strengthen qi and spleen,promote blood circulation and clear collaterals,and adjuvant too much use of bitter and cold drugs to damage the spleen and stomach,together with sweet and cold drugs to nourish Yin and clear heat,moistening dryness and relieve itching.3.Based on the unsupervised entropy hierarchical clustering algorithm,it is concluded that new formula 1(linseed,anemarrhena rhizome,radix aconiti,radix sophora sophora,Chinese wormseed and chaulinzi)is the core drug composition of wind-dispersing powder and has the functions of wind-dispersing,heat-clearing and dehumidifying.New prescription 2(forsythia,scutellaria,poria cocos,gardenia)is mainly based on clearing heat and dampness;This prescription is the addition and subtraction of sanmiaosan,which is mainly used to treat eczema with kidney-yin deficiency.
