| Objective: To evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of tube-pulse moxibustion in treating bronchial asthma with lung-kidney Yang deficiency syndrome in remission stage,and to provide clinical basis for external treatment of asthma.Methods: Sixty patients with lung and kidney Yang deficiency syndrome in remission stage of bronchial asthma were randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 30 patients in each group.The control group received basic treatment: budesonide formoterol powder inhalation,1 inhalation each time,twice a day.The treatment group was treated with basic treatment and moxibustion of the governor’s pulse.The treatment group was treated with the governor’s pulse moxibustion starting from the head(July 16,2022),once a week,a total of 5times.The changes of TCM syndrome score,five major TCM diseases,lung function,ACT score,SCRQ and other indexes of the two groups were compared before and after treatment.Results:In this study,after strictly based on the shedding,termination and exclusion criteria,the cases were finally included: 30 cases in the control group and 30 cases in the treatment group.The results were analysed by statistical processing with SPSS software as follows:(1)Comparative analysis of general data at baseline: there was no significant difference in the general data information between the treatment and control groups before treatment(P>0.05),which was comparable and of research value.(2)Comparison of the total TCM syndrome points: the TCM syndrome points of both the treatment group and the control group decreased,P < 0.05,with statistical differences;however,the decrease in the TCM syndrome points of the treatment group was significantly greater than that of the control group,indicating that the treatment group was significantly more effective than the control group in reducing the TCM syndrome points and improving the clinical symptoms of the patients,and the long-term efficacy was better than that of the control group.(3)Comparison of the TCM symptom scores: in terms of wheezing and shortness of breath,soreness and weakness of the waist and knees,coldness in the extremities,fatigue and dizziness and tinnitus,the treatment group was statistically significant in all observation points(P < 0.05);in terms of improvement in wheezing and shortness of breath,coldness in the extremities,the control group was not statistically significant 6 months after treatment compared to before treatment(P > 0.05).The TCM symptom scores of the treatment group were significantly lower than those of the control group,indicating that Duoyuan moxibustion is effective in relieving the evidence of lung and kidney Yang deficiency in asthma patients,and its long-term efficacy is also better than that of the control group.It was particularly effective in improving wheezing and shortness of breath,coldness in the limbs,soreness and weakness in the waist and knees,and fatigue.(4)Efficacy analysis: By comparing the number of acute attacks in the two groups after treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 90.00%,while the total effective rate of the control group was 70.00%,with P=0.016(<0.05),which was statistically significant.The efficacy of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group.(5)Other data analysis: ACT score: The treatment group was significantly better than the control group in improving ACT score.SCRQ score: The treatment group was significantly better than the control group in reducing SCRQ score.In terms of lung function(FEV1/FVC,FEV1%),the treatment group was better than the control group in terms of long-term efficacy.(6)Safety analysis: No significant abnormalities were found in the safety indicators such as liver,kidney and electrolytes in both groups before and after treatment.This indicates that the safety of this study protocol can be.Conclusion: The treatment of bronchial asthma in the remission period of lung and kidney Yang deficiency syndrome has definite curative effect,can effectively improve patients’ clinical symptoms,improve patients’ quality of life,long-term efficacy is obvious,clinical drug safety,can be further studied and popularized. |
