Clinical Observation Of Shenqiyifei Syrup Combined With Sanfu Paste In The Treatment Of Bronchial Asthma In The Remission Stage

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Shenqiyifei syrup combined with Sanfu paste in the treatment of bronchial asthma in the remission stage,and to explore the mechanism of its treatment of this disease.Methods 70 patients who met the diagnostic criteria of the traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)bronchial asthma of the lung and spleen Qi deficiency type(western medicine bronchial asthma in the remission stage)were randomly divided into treatment group(35 cases)and control group(35 cases).The control group was treated with simple oral drug therapy: Shenqiyifei syrup(composed of Radix codonopsis,Astragalus membranaceus,Endothelium corneum gigeriae galli,Angelica sinensis,Atractylodes macrocephala,Poria cocos,Dragon bone,Oyster,Human placenta,Cordyceps sinensis,Salviae miltiorrhizae,Radix liquiritiae,etc.).While the treatment group was additioned with Sanfu paste on the basis of the control group.The changes of TCM symptoms,the frequency of acute attack,ACT score,pulmonary function were compared between the two group before and after treatment.Results 1.TCM syndrome efficacy:According to the curative effect of TCM symptoms,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 91.17%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 82.35%.The difference between the two group was statistically significant(P<0.005),indicating that the curative effect of the treatment group was significantly better than the control group.2.The total scores of TCM syndromes:After the end of treatment,the total scores of TCM syndromes in the two groups showed that the treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.05),which was statistically significant.3.Single TCM symptoms: The improvement of single TCM symptoms,such as shortness of breath,spirit,easy to cold,diet,wheezing,complexion,was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05),which was statistically significant.There was no significant difference in single TCM symptoms such as loose stool,chest tightness and abdominal distension between the two groups(P>0.05).4.The ACT score: the ACT score in the treatment group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05),which was statistically significant.5.The number of acute attacks: the improvement of the number of acute attacks in the treatment group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05),which was statistically significant.6.Pulmonary function: the improvement of FEV1,FVC,FEV1/FVC in the treatment group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05),which was statistically significant.7.Safety: After the end of treatment,there were no significant differences in vital signs,blood routine,urine routine,stool routine,liver and kidney function between the two groups,and no adverse reactions were observed.Conclusion Shenqi Yifei Syrup combined with Sanfu paste can significantly relieve the clinical symptoms of patients with bronchial asthma in remission stage,improve ACT score,and improve long-term efficacy.The treatment group has obvious advantages,and is safe and non-toxic effects.
