The Clinical Observation On Fu Xue Hua Tan San Acupoint Sticking Treatment Of Bronchial Asthma Remission Beloning To Lung And Kindey Qi Deficiency Pattern And The Impact Of IL-18

Objective:To observe patients of bronchial asthma remission(pattern of qi deficiency of lung and kidney)with clinical symptoms,the impect of IL-18,through the acupoint sticking treatment of FU XUE HUA TAN SAN,and evaluate its clinical safety.Methods:200patients of asthma remission(pattern of qi deficiency of lung and kidney)diagonsed by outpatient service of the First Affiliated Hospical of Heilonhjiang University of Chinese Medicine went to hospical.Aii patients were given acupoint sticking treatment without any other medicine.The time of treatment in total is 35 days,patients in treatment used acupoint application one time a day for 6-8 hours,named a week before and per week during the three periods of canicular,five times in total.Choice of points:the points of Tiantu(RN22),Guanyuan(CV4),Dingchuan(EX-B1),Feishu(BL13),Shenshu(BL23),Zhon gfu(LU1),Zusanli(ST36).Compareing TCM Syndrom scores and IL-18 levels of patients before and after trentment.Then marked the TCM Syndrom scores of patients before and after the treatment,and IL-18’ changes and its cilinical safety.Results:1、The cilinical effect of FU XUE HUA TAN SAN acupoint sticking treatment of bronchial asthma remission(pattern of qi deficiency of lung and kidney)was significant,its total effective rate was 84.26%and compared with that of its before the treatment was statistically siginificant(P<0.05).2、The therapy can decrease the level IL-18,and the difference between before and after the treatment was statistically significant(P<0.05);what’s more,after treatment the degree of IL-18 is superior to the valve before,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).3、The observed treatment safety index showed no abnormalities of the two groups in the duration of therapy.Conclusion:1、FU XUE HUA TAN SAN acupoint sticking treatment can significantly improve patients’ clinical symptoms.2、The therapy can significantly reduce the level of IL-18.3、The therapy in patients with bronchial asthma in remission(pattern of qi deficiency of lung and kidney)is security.
